Senator Hines has revealed how mutants will be handled: Sentinels.
A rumor traveled the circles of the supernatural. Mutants heard a safe, underground railroad was being started, inquire at the Summit. The beyond sought the strange power said to rest at the Summit of New York City. The gossip flitted amongst the rest: valuable information was to come to light when dawn broke over the Summit.
Appearance: Bane is a very imposing person, standing at five feet eleven inches and weighing in at two hundred and ten pounds. Bane is practically a tank for his body is nothing but muscle and resistant to most blunt forces. His arms are massive and so are his legs, yet despite this he is surprisingly light on his feet. Bane has a shaved head and no facial hair, cold, calculative grey eyes and upon his face he wears a mask that feeds him a toxin known as Venom. As for clothing Bane does not wear much. Upon his chest he wears a military style sleeveless vest, with black military style pants that have knee pads. Around his forearms are black bracers that have pockets to quickly draw knives and other various objects. At times Bane may wear a brown jacket that extends to his knees with an extended flap that covers the back of his head. For shoes Bane wears military style combat boots that are laced up tightly. This fashion style aides in his overall intimidation factor, and works greatly to express his natural tendencies for physical violence.
Personality: Bane is incredibly detached from the events occurring around him. He feels neither anger, nor sadness and approaches everything with cool efficiency. This emotional detachment is perceived as a cold blooded nature but it is simply controlling emotions that get in the way achieving goals. Bane is the equal to a robot's mentality in the sense that he does not have a moral compass, for he is unafraid to do what is required to achieve his goals. Bane believes that no one person should keep power to themselves. He is a true Anarchist seeking to give power back to the masses and away from authorities or hierarchical organizations. Bane loosely interprets the meanings of authorities and hierarchical organizations in order to give justification in his quest to simply rid the world of those who think themselves greater than others, or those who try to influence the world with their own brand of justice. While Bane's goals seem grand in his opinion, ironically he is the very person he seeks to destroy, because in his quest to rid the world of arrogance he conveys it through his actions, meaning that he himself appears arrogant to others.
Venom is a military grade drug used to enhance and otherwise alter the physical properties of the human body. As a side effect it typically erases the mental properties also, thus creating an entirely different person. Venom is a very strong drug designed to create a plethora of effects within the host in a series of stages, the powers unlocking the further the host continues using it. Firstly the use of Venom grants the host with indomitable strength at the expense of their ability to feel pain. Secondly the user is granted durability, and lastly the drug grants spontaneous regeneration. This drug was designed to create suicide soldiers, men who would simply keep going no matter what their body looked like to finish the mission. Of course like most military science projects, they never go as planned.

—Name: Focused Power —Rank: C —Power: Apex Strength —Description: Bane is able to exponentially increase the strength of a particular attack or grip by being able to literally "move" his strength in to any limb of his choosing. The power in that limb doubles the max capacity for strength. An Example would be that a C ranked strength main's limit is 2,000 pounds, Bane is able to shift all that power to say his right arm, and then double it. The price paid for this is that the limb cannot be used for two user posts due to the severe strain. If the move is used again on the same limb, then the ability for the limb to move is hindered x2, meaning that the arm could not be used for four user posts and so on.
Name: Battle High Lvl1 Rank: C Power: Apex Strength Description: During the ritual of combat Bane becomes enthralled in it, giving birth to a greater power than he originally starts with. In battle people tend to hit one another with objects, or with fists, or even with powers. When Bane hits another person the venom within his body begins a chain reaction in his body, increasing the hormones that give Bane his unnatural amount of strength. When this increase occurs Bane's overall capacity for strength is increased by five hundred pounds. The increase occurs over and over for each blow that Bane manages to give to combatant, increasing Bane's overall strength by five hundred pounds. The max increase from this is 3500 pounds. This is not permanent.
Name: Battle High Lvl2 Rank: C Power: Apex Strength Description: When fighting in combat it is likely that you yourself will be hit. Bane, while being able to feel no pain does feel a dull pressure from where he is hit. Each time he is hit by something it fuels his fire for combat. With each hit that he endures the venom in his body begins the cycle of creating strength inducing hormones. For every strike or blow dealt to Bane his overall capacity for strength increases by five hundred pounds. The max increase for this ability is 3500 pounds. This is not permanent.
Name: Battle High Lvl3 Rank: C Power: Apex Strength Description: During battle not every strike or move is guaranteed a success. With each blow that fails Bane's body goes in to panic mode and starts creating more strength inducing hormones so that the chances of his moves succeeding are increased drastically. Bane's overall capacity for strength is increased by five hundred pounds for every strike that fails him. The max increase for this ability is 3500 pounds. This is not permanent.
Name: Outnumbered Rank: C Power: Apex Strength Description: There comes a time that when in combat a person becomes outnumbered. When faced with the threat of multiple foes Bane's body reacts the only way it knows how to, and that is by providing more fuel and energy via venom endorphins. When Bane is faced with a a ratio of two to one his overall strength is increased by five hundred pounds. If the ratio increases by two to Bane's one then it is increased again and so on until a max of 3500 pounds. Should an ally be presented this effect does not go away until that fight is over. This is not permanent.

—Name: Hand to Hand —Specialty: Physical Prowess —Rank: C —Description: Bane, being a product of military experimentation and upbringing is a well trained fighter and has seen many forms of combat. Bane is also very skilled at fighting himself and is a formidable opponent with hand speed that defies his weight.
—Name: Knife Juggler —Specialty: Weapon's Expert —Rank: C —Description: Bane is a practiced knife fighter and user, but more specifically Bane practices the art of Knife throwing. Bane could throw a knife to hit the wing of a fly. As the name of this skill implies Bane is adept at drawing the knives from their brace, moving them in his hands, and of course switching the knife from each hand.
—Name: Combat Reading —Specialty: Physical Prowess —Rank: C —Description: Bane has trained himself in martial arts and as an added skill he has practiced reading the motions of an opponent so that he may predict the trajectory of their attacks. It's not a one hundred percent thing and is subject to failure. (Will not abuse)

The Background
History: Bane's parents died shortly after his birth, leaving him alone to fend for himself. Unfortunately Bane was picked up by the military and because he was an orphan they assumed that nobody cared about him and that nobody would come looking for him should he go missing. That assumption was correct, and with that assumption they began harvesting him and collecting him so that they could mold him in to the perfect soldier. The military began by educating him with the finest of educators and military scientists. For years Bane was bred in an environment that taught him nothing but violence and the methodical way to go about it. It was ironic that a place that taught him so much philosophy and culture would also teach him to be a precise killer. As with the way of the world Bane developed his own interests outside of the Military's control. Bane delved deeply in to the theory of Anarchism, having always harbored a hatred for the institution that treated him like a guinea pig. Finally, the day that the military had been waiting for. The new drug known as Venom was ready, and their prized test subject was groomed to perfection. It was on this fateful day that Bane would become a super solider, the perfect soldier. What the military failed to understand is that Bane had different plans. Upon the injection of the drug Bane reacted and would soon start attacking the very people who had raised him is entire life. He hated their arrogance, he hated everything about them. It was not fair for one sole power to control and rule his life, neither was it fair for one person to control everything about anyone's life. Bane hated these things and aspired to destroy any form of established control. Bane would exit the military base and would go in to hiding until it was time to show himself.

Oh? I only have one power and that is Apex Strength, I do not get another power until I reach B-level. The Venom is just a description of how my powers will pan out as I rank up.
Ah alright. For hand to hand, say how you're reading them, and the limits that come with it. It's like you're putting two skills together, being able to do hand to hand combat, but at the same time being able to read opponents. That's two separate skills.
If one is skilled at hand to hand combat then naturally they are able to read their opponents so as to hit without being hit, at least that's the way I view it.
I took martial arts and I can't predict someone's next move. Anyone can be able to fight, but it doesn't mean they can predict their opponent's next move. They are trained to attack an opponent who leaves open points of their body which can be abused when in combat, and to take advantage of their opponent's lack in speed, strength, or stance. That's a whole nother skill altogether, to be able to predict.
Also, you can have a resistance to poisons, chemicals, etc, but a complete immunity is pushing it, even with the venom. And that specialty would fall under projection, not "fortitude" If it's an effect of the venom, put it as an ability for having the venom later. If the venom allows that. Or get a projection specialty to get it as a skill
