Jesteria has a luring voice of propriety that causes people like herself to be drawn to her and follow her blindly. These people are usual criminals, murderers, and even the insane. It is unknown if they follow her because of her ideals or out of fear of what she'd do if they didn't. Limited to NPCs only.
