| We're just gonna talk about this now. Not really gonna add it until Nameless comes back and gives the okay, but lets start talking about a robot character type. This can be the mutant hunters, sentinels, etc, type of character type. Not human, but actual machines. It goes without saying that this class will be immune to toxins [not acid but poison] and telepathy [seeing how they have a robotic mind]. Revel/Akuma had an idea about instead of having a super power, having a power supply in its replace. And the weapons the robots use are based on the power source they are using and etc. that are integrated into their body. Any suggestions/ideas for this? Do they have any benefits like the experiments for easier training? Do they get weaponry and upgrades for their system as they level up? Etc. | |

| Ok, we've been talking in the cbox, and here are the ideas I came up with:
As a Robotic character, instead of a super power, you would choose a power supply. This could be electricity, kinetic energy, or just about anything you can think of. This Power Source would dictate what your character can do, such as using electricity to shock people.
Instead of skills or abilities, the character will receive Modification Slots. These are simply slots that you can put modifications to your body in. These will be slightly more powerful weapons or items for your rank, because you will only be able to use a very limited amount of these in a topic. The amount of slots you will have depends on rank.
C Ranked Characters receive 6 Mod Slots. 1 slot for the head, 1 slot for each arm, 1 slot for each leg, and 1 slot for the body
These slots then double every rank.
Q: "Does this mean I can only ever have 6 weapons at C ranked? What if I want to have more?"
A: Well, no. You may have as many of these Modifications as you want to train/buy, but you may only bring the limited amount into each topic you enter.
Q: "So, what do you mean by 'slightly more powerful'?"
A: Well, a normal C ranked weapon/item, for example, would be say, thermal imaging goggles. A robot character may have goggles with multiple viewing modes, such as thermal and nightvision, while being able to turn them off and on with just some "thought."
Q: "What about those pesky telepaths?"
A: Well, since you most likely won't have a brain, and just be a sentient computer essentially, Telepaths don't work on you.
Q: "What about metal users or things that control technology? They seem to be able to wipe out an entire class easily."
A: Ahh, this comes to my second idea. Robotic characters will be able to choose an advanced material starting at B ranked, and increasing in power every rank after. This is the material that the body of your character will be made out of, meaning at B ranked, you can choose, say, a magnetic field blocking metal, or even make yourself out of crystal, blocking most technopaths. Of course, you may upgrade this upon attaining a new rank, but don't expect to suddenly switch from a crystal body to metal. The material must follow the same tech tree, so to speak. | |

| "The Machine"
Machines are beings that were created somehow or someway. They do not feel pain, do not feel emotions, and have no real flesh or muscle. Unlike other classes, they get full immunity to telepathic attacks and toxins. Machines live off a power supply that powers their weapons. This power supply can range from electricity, kinetic energy, etc, and is their main source of power. Unlike abnormal beings that are granted abilities regarding a certain super power, machines get modifications integrated in their body that involves their power supply. This power source would dictate what your character can do, such as using electricity to shock people. Instead of abilities, the character will receive Modification Slots. These are simply slots that you can put modifications to your body in. These will be slightly more powerful weapons or items for your rank, because you will only be able to use a very limited amount of these in a topic. The amount of slots you will have depends on rank. C Ranked Characters receive 6 Mod Slots. 1 slot for the head, 1 slot for each arm, 1 slot for each leg, and 1 slot for the body. With each rank up, the character will be able to use double modification slots as the rank before. You may have as many of these modifications as you want to train/buy, but you may only bring the limited amount into each topic you enter. At C rank, this is 6. B rank, this is 12. A rank, this is 24. And S rank, this is 48. These machines get slightly more advanced weaponry/technology their rank and their modifications can match their rank even up to S. A normal C ranked weapon/item, for example, would be say, thermal imaging goggles. A robot character may have goggles with multiple viewing modes, such as thermal and nightvision, while being able to turn them off and on with just some "thought." Another benefit to having a machine is choosing what you want to be made out of. At C rank, you can only be created from basic materials, but as you rank up, the materials can become more exotic and mixed. Machine based characters simply get three skills, and start with 2 C rank skills. They unlock their third at B rank. Unlike other classes, they do not get weaponry but only modifications.
