Time to fight (Xek vs Arrow)

Revan reopened his eyes. He moved foward across the large barren park, no trees, no bushes, just sidewalk and grass thats it. “Boring....” he stated before continuing to walk away. He wanted some action to test out his powers on. He sat down for a little bit and waited for a challenger to appear, hopefully a super powered freak and not a clumsy human. He sat there waiting for his opponent while thinking to himself. He slowly began meditating everything around him he was aware of even the fly that was bussing a couple feet away to his back. he wanted to make sure he was ready for an attack so he had mentally and even though it didn’t seem like it, physically prepared himself for an attack. He continued to wait for his opponent while meditating and thinking about life on this planet. Earth was.. well.. in all senses boring as hell, nothing ever happened and he planned on changing that with a little bit of a conquest spree. If he couldn't have earth then he would have at least half of it. He stumbled across the thoughts of his old self.. the weak old self. The boy that once was is no more, he was to weak to truly grasp what power is and should be. The old him wanted peace and love in the world.. Revan wants power. Nothing more, Honor was a fools prize and glory is of no use to the dead, No, he strictly wanted power to satisfy his needs.

Into the town people would come.. The scene was getting rather crowded. He was walking casually through the great Washington D.C before realizing he was in Lincoln Park.. It was very nice and had random areas where it was nothing but grass.. Anyway from here Arrow decided he was going to have a fun day. Sitting randomly in the middle of Lincoln park Arrow saw a man whom seemed to literally be sitting down like he got pushed on a playground. Arrow found this funny because he himself wasn't even in touch with nature because he possessed no skill that could give him such an ability and he could tell this man wasn't in touch with nature by his goofy meditation position. From here Arrow knew this man was open practice. For some reason this man looked rather creepy and Arrow knew creepy meant he was up to no good.. So there he stood. In a crowded area people started flocking about literally coming moments before he did.. For some reason hthis park became alot more popular at night.. Anyway at the 81 yards Arrow stood at there was trees and grass and water but about 50 yards in all of that vanished.. Like one of those areas behind the bushes in a fable movie or something.. Anyway Arrow knew he could take a shot as he was sitting down looking in the opposite direction.. Directly at the back of his head Arrow had something going for him. He would toss 1 silver ball and quickly switch to 3 arrows and shot them all at once.. Each having a different function and moving at 90 FPS. One was a regular arrow... The other had a green top.. And one had a white top. The one with the white top would hit the ball colliding thus causing a cloud of smoke to come about. The cloud ranged about 4 meters and yes Arrow saw it perfectly because the moment he fired the arrows he activated his domino mask enhancing his vision even tho he didn't need it.. This man had no clue arrow was there because of all the newfound commotion.. The arrows would seemingly fly pass faces of average people and well the two special arrows fired off were targeted for the left hand side of the man sitting down.. He had honey blonde hair from the look of it. He had a hood but it wasn't on. Oh yea the first arrow was landed next to him on the left and the second on the back of his.. Well 2 meters behind him atleast. The green one was in the back and the white one was on the side exactly 1 meter away. The green one would land just 3 seconds before the second one and the white one landed directly later with the 3 second interval. Arrow had his hand on a button and began pressing it.. Wait he fully pressed it. Hmm.. White smoke could be seen coming out around the random man just sitting in the floor.. It appeared to be generated by something of Arrows doing.

Revan sat there quietly for a little while longer still aware of the things around him, he just noticed a man firing arrows at him, four to be precise, he rolled off to the side and jumped away at that instant he look over to the man that was firing at revan, and underneath his mask he smiled, for finally he had found something to do and someone to fight. And held his red saber in his fight hand but did not ignite it, he simply held it there and began walking foward slowly, he was still standing a good 70 meters away, at this point in time he activated his time manipulation power and everything slowed down. Revan would not waste his time with words. He closed quickly and began running soon he was withen 25 meters of him easily, he jolted out his arm and sent out an invisible telekinetic blast which would send him flying back a good distance, this would also keep him stunned long enough for Revan to make his move. With his personal time manipulation technique it would be easy to dodge anything that came his way, Not to mention having the speed of a speedster at the same time which gave him the edge over power, now he just needed to see if had the edge over skill. He was ready for this bow-weilding-hero but from his distance he seemed silly in a red costume.

Abilities Used:

OOC: Calling a hit. You stated being able to see the arrow coming at you which is impossible because I was behind you. Which means everything from you seeing the arrow and forward never happened. Even if you did turn around to see an arrow,.. Im behind the bushes far away from you in a crowded area.. Up for a game of wheres Waldo? Anyway this means i get to call my hits.

Red Arrow would watch as the arrow behind the random patron sitting awkwardly on the floor actually exploded after Arrow previously pressing the detonator which held the restraints to the arrow.. BOOM an explosion would go off and this weird sitting guy was only 2 meters away. The marble would explode going right through his back or through his Cervical vertebrae to be more exact. With that damage done the internal damage done would cause broken ribs and the vertabrae damage which was priorly mentioned. With that done this man would fall to his death and his mask fell down to the ground.. No matter what atleast 6 ribs were broken and his cervical vertebrae was officially ruined... Speaking of 6 ribs being broken his Thoracic vertebrae was connected to his ribs which would probably cause him to suffer extreme pain if he was alive at this rate. The blunt force trauma alone was enough to knock him out cold atleast. This would be followed by death for some or just being paralyzed. Only time could tell.. The explosive arrow was now ruined and more were ready to be used if anything happened.. As for Arrow he started walking around the screaming people who were running and screaming in various directions. The scattering would cause him to look like a blur among the masses of hundreds.

Red Arrow noticed the man was dead and decided to make the best of it. He would walk up to him in plain site and notice he had two devices on him.. They were like rods.. He would see the button on it and he pressed it.. BOOM the bright energy burst into the sky... This one was red. Arrow knew he shouldn't open the other one so he pressed the button once more and placed both of them rods in his left big pocket which was made for carrying items like this. After that he would walk back to his motorcycle which took about 11 minutes and 13 seconds. With that done he entered his activation code and drove off.
