Appearance:

Victoria stands at a height of 5'8" and weighs about 130 lbs. She is slender and in peak athletic condition. Oh and she's a c-cup for the perverts inquiring. Her hair falls just beyond her shoulders and is a brown with streaks of red. Her eyes are a bright green. Her uniform for S.H.I.E.L.D is a full body sleek black combat suit. The underlying layer of a tough material that's hard to cut through by normal blade and sustains body heat for extreme cold climates. Above this she wears a black leather bullet proof vest and sleek leather black combat pants. She wears black gloves and black steel toe combat boots. Upon her outfit are various spots for weaponry such as blades, guns, ammunition, and explosives so that she may always be armed and can gain weapons on the run. The most notable feature to her ensemble is the black gas mask she wears over he nose and mouth. Though the mask functions like a typical high end gas mask, filtering the air she breaths of anomalies, she does not need it and it is purely for aesthetics. Inside the mask however is a communications mic and in her ears are receivers so that she may communicate back to S.H.I.E.L.D at will and to other frequencies if needed. Most importantly, the entire ensemble is made tailored with her powers in mind, immune to their conditions.

Personality:

Victoria is like many true assassins, void of the emotions: fear, guilt and remorse, while lacking an understanding of mercy. However she is still intact with her humanity and thus can form healthy social relationships with others. She knows romance and humor and joy. She makes friends of her fellow agents and allies to S.H.I.E.L.D. Any enemy or threat to it is her enemy and is put on her personal hit list that she has on standby in wait for the moment she is given order to kill. In the face of an enemy target she becomes cold and calculating. She receives much praise for ways when it comes to handling the enemy, however she receives much grief for casualties. Let's just say she will sacrifice a lot to ensure she gets her target. If not for her invaluable talent, she would probably be detained by S.H.I.E.L.D. She understands this regardless. Victoria can be quite the vixen and manipulator as well. She's not afraid to use her female gender to her advantage. Some may consider her ways cowardly and underhanded, but she values success over pride. There is respect in numbers she believes. No matter how it's done, people can't say she doesn't get the job done.

The Background

History:

Victoria's life had not always been filled with action and danger. She did not always have the power she does today. She honestly lived a normal, average life growing up. She lived with both her parents and two siblings in a suburban home in Orlando, Florida. Her mother was a real estate agent and her father was a lawyer, so yes she had a rather wealthy lifestyle. There was rarely any drama and she never had trouble getting what she wanted in life. From the ages 6 to 13 she lived a rather tom-boyish life. She loved to play video games, she did martial arts throughout the years, she liked watching sports with her dad and two brothers, and she always loved to get dirty. However around the age of 14, with the blossoming of her own beauty and the guidance of her mother through personal hardships, she became more of a woman. She still enjoyed the same things as before, however she began to embrace her beauty and things more associated with girls. Victoria began hanging out at the mall, wearing make up, going on dates. She even became a cheerleader at her school, assuming position of captain with ease.

It was at the blossoming adult age of 18 when tragedy would strike her life and change her world. One quiet night, in the Valkyrie household, a fire would blaze into existence. The cause unknown to this date. Everyone died, including Victoria, in the fire. It was reported on the news, the bodies were found, a funeral was had, and many of their friends and family mourned their deaths. However Victoria would not REALLY die that night. No, on that night for Victoria, she awoke during the blaze that had killed her family. When she awoke to the flames she associated with hell surrounding her bed, a single being was present. The dealer of death himself, the Grim Reaper. That night Victoria had pleaded for her life, well actually the life of all her family. However they were already dead. Besides, the Reaper was not one to do favors, he would not have granted her wish anyway. In fact, the only reason he was going to allow her a second life was for his own personal benefit. He wanted a hand in the world, someone to do his work in ways that amused him. The reaper would give Victoria the curse that became her powers in exchange for a second life. As a result of her abilities, she would cause endless death and pain, unable to do anything but watch the others.

So why and how was her body found amongst the others that night? Well let's just say S.H.I.E.L.D had been tracking the Reaper, dealer of death. Yes even shield was capable of tracking the Reaper that has transcended ages. The Reaper as of late had been doing more harm that was rather unnatural and pretty malicious. So that night, shield was going to get the drop on the Reaper, however the Reaper went higher above anything they could ever imagine. He had transcended ages after all, there was no way shield would be able to catch the reason and dealer of death. So they took the next best thing, Victoria. They faked her death and all. Since then shield has explained the events to Victoria, expressed the danger of her power, and gave her second life a more meaningful purpose to stop other malicious supers and criminals of higher calibers. They educated her and trained her physically and mentally, so that she would become one of their top agents. And this is something she has been doing for the 9 years that followed.

Can even allow one to judge extremely long and great distances amazingly accurately, so one can gauge the strength needed to launch a projectile, in order to hit a target accurately. If a target is moving the user can calculate the best method to hit the target. Visual obstructions like smoke and vegetation to not hinder their ability to get an accurate bead on their target, and their intense focus on whatever they're shooting at allows them to shut out outside distractions. The user's of this ability are also able to compensate for environmental factors that would normally throw off their aim like wind, air resistance, gravity, and radiant heat (which distorts the image of the target).

How effective is this at C rank? I get the overall description, but at C rank it wouldn't be able to do all that at once.
