Item Power: By firing off this specific arrow Red Arrow aims to stick the arrow on a wall or land it on the floor which in then will allow the arrow to release tear gas in a 6meter radius per arrow fired. This came from the extraction of onions and a stimulent to heighten effects of chemical substances thus creating the tear gas. When the gas is released the people in contact with it must get the fumes in their eyes before being effected. This leaves them disoriented. The effects last until the smoke is cleared or the person has made their way clear from it. Item Power: By using his domino mask Red Arrow is able to see in many different visions. Mainly thermal, Heat , and night vision and also to keep track of his tracers. To activate their different modes Red Arrow must blink for 3 seconds to change the vision type. By activating these visions they enable Red Arrow to see for the max radius of 40 meters ahead of his already good vision. Another good use of the mask is shielding his eyes from gases such as tear gas and regular gases in general.
