Appearance: Ryan stands at 5'11". He has an athletic build, his muscles from his pecs and abs to his biceps and triceps are clearly visible. He has shoulder length, black hair which he ties back to keep out of his eyes. His usually brown pupils can turn red when he activates his main power and his abilities. His pale white skin shows that he hadn't been out in the sun much. Ryan weighs about 175 pounds and often watches what he eats, not by his own will however (but we will get to that later haha.) His choice of clothing tends to be a grey T shirt, black cargo pants, and a black trench coat which reaches down to his ankles. He wears combat style boots and black gloves.

Personality: Ryan tends to be a pretty laid back person. Often listening before speaking. He tends to reflect on what he hears as well. Being the military trained experiment that he was, he is use to it. Ryan is also soft spoken, talking when spoken to and only after he has chosen the right words. There are also some side effects of the experiment done on him. He has a second personality, a voice within his head which is the complete opposite of the calm and collective Ryan. Sometimes this personality can take over, confusing his allies and disrupting what he was doing before. Often brash and condescending, this voice tends to drive Ryan to the brink of insanity before fading away and leaving him be for days, even weeks.

Description: Ryan can create biological weapons from his body, these weapons can be modeled after nearly anything found in nature on animals, such as claws, teeth, pincers, tails, etc. At C rank, these weapons can be as strong as steel, and can be very sharp, as well as be at most 1 foot long

The Background

History:
Ryan was born into a military family. As a young boy, his father conditioned the child to become a member of the military. Ryan hated it, but went along with what his father wanted to shut him up. As Ryan came of age, he joined the military. He showed great progress and was later selected to be the first of many candidates of a secret project. But after many failures, and Ryan being the only match he was the only canidate for Project: Yōkai. Project: Yōkai was named after the supernatural demons of Japanese lore of the same name. These demons had the ability to shapeshift and often used those powers to blend in with humans and later killed their victims. With this project Ryan was given the ability to take the form of enemies of his government and retrieve important information while also having the ability to assassinate high ranking targets without detection. After a few missions, Ryan detested his higher ups and escaped the facility he was bound in. Leaving the facility in dismay, trying to find where he went. Ryan spends most of his time doing nothing. He has saved people in danger before, the only people he has saved though were those being mugged or women who were about to be raped.
As a year passed while on the run, Ryan was sought out by the agents from S.H.E.L.D. When he first made contact with them he was skeptical of what they had offered him. He was on the run and did not want to be caught by the same government who had been seeking him out. But they not only offered a full pardon and freedom, they provided him with a home and a small amount of pay enough to sustain his lifestyle. Things seemed to look up for Ryan. He had all the necessities he could ever want as well as serving his country by protecting the innocent. Something that he didnt feel like he was doing in the military.

I'm not 100% sure on this, and will most likely stand corrected. However, your venom skill, seems more like an ability rather than a simple skill. I don't think skills work like that.

Projection skills are used to augment, shape, or modify existing abilities.

Body Modification isn't a Spec. That is your power, swap it around. Also if you keep it, you'll need to put a cap on how high the debuff can stack.

As it stands at the moment, this isn't a skill, but a power. Powers can be passive, just as a heads up.
