The ability should add 100 to your base strength, meaning you would lift 400 with ease, 450 with difficulty, and 500 max weight. Also, you can't stack abilities without first getting 1 of them to tier 4

Third, when the ability increases in tier, it adds another 200 lbs to the base strength each tier.
