The beyond sought the strange power said to rest at the Summit of New York City. The gossip flitted amongst the rest: valuable information was to come to light when dawn broke over the Summit.

    Skill Name: Elemental Combat Mastery(Photokinetic Combat)
    Skill Specialty: Projection
    Skill Rank: C
    Skill Description:
    Having more experience and trained his ability for a long time, Marcos can control and use his powers greater offensively, than most of his level. In battle, Marcos is at a slightly greater level in using elemental manipulation to attack, than others(10%), allowing him to have a greater advantage to those that are weaker than him, a slight advantage over others of his own level, and a lesser gap against those of a higher level. However, this is only if the opponent/s doesn't have any similar skill close to this one and/or to something specializing in defending.


Replacing Auto-turn with this if possible, since Auto-turn would just be another ability once the character has reached B-rank or so.

Hey Zapper,

A few things.

1. You're seeking to replace a skill because you think it's actually an ability? Please go into your reasoning for that.
2. You need more defined OOC benefits for a skill. Typically it is 10% bonus at C level. I do note the auto-turn skill you have listed is somewhat lacking in OOC benefits.
3. This skill blankets "elemental manipulation" without much reasoning for that. Do you mean to note light-based attacks? It seems you're going for something defensive because of light expertise.

Finally, thus far we've only seen you create abilities, now this skill and make a training thread. I'd like to encourage you to actually get involved in other threads for actual story purposes. If you find the two open threads don't mesh with your character (who is in the NY area, it seems?), then do contact others about making a thread. Samael and I are more than happy to write with you.

Edited. Anyway, Auto-turn could just be a sub-power of Light Mimicry at a higher rank. But, if not viable, The skill above would just be using up the skill slot available.

Sorry, I've just been busy with school and some other stuffs, so I wasn't all that into Rp'ing that much at this time. But I think I'll try to join The Summit thread.
