Flaw Type: Prolonged Use Flaw
Flaw Description: It would seem that Kyrie's mixed genes give her a bit of a disadvantage when using her telepathic powers. In essence, use of her Psi-gamma abilities will cause serious strain to her body, both physically and mentally, should she use them over long periods of time. The next post beyond her limit (if used consecutively), Kyrie will suffer severe headaches that slow her down by 10%. Each subsequent post increases the pain and weariness by 10%, until the fourth post, when she will pass out. Kyrie requires at least one post in which she will not use her Psi-gamma powers (after every limit) if she is expected to continue using such powers indefinitely.
At C-rank, she can use her powers for 5 consecutive posts before suffering setbacks.
At B-rank, she can use her powers for 7 consecutive posts before suffering setbacks.
At A-rank, she can use her powers for 10 consecutive posts before suffering setbacks.
At S-rank, she can use her powers for 15 consecutive posts before suffering setbacks.

Sub power earned from flaw: Enhanced Speed
Having a hybrid alien genetic code, and being able to normally enhance movement of objects with her psionic powers (Psi-kappa to be precise), Kyrie has developed a means by which she can increase the speed at which she moves.
