Appearance: Cacia is quite a looking that is with out a doubt. She has a more rounded face shape, giving it a more softer appeal with no sharply defined chin or cheek bones that stick out. It all blends in softly and beautifully with her cute button nose and full youthful lips with a natural rosiness to them. She has pretty features such as big bright eyes in a two toned color. Her iris's are a mix of light and dark green. The colors are rather captivating and bright, framed by long dark lashes that signify her youth. Her brows nicely arch around her eyes and a constant smirk seems to be on those lips of hers. Cacia has what some would call a 'perfect' smile. Having pearly white teeth that are nice and strait, accompanied by those rosy lips and a charming smile. Her lips could be described as 'kissable', being plump and holding such a rosy hue to them naturally without the aid of lipstick. Her complexion could be described as 'flawless' or 'doll-like' not a single blemish or signs of acne in sight. Her skin is an ivory color with some natural rosiness to it, healthy and glowing. It is, perfection, much like porcelain on a doll.

Her hair is a feature of hers that she both loves and hates. Her hair is very very thick and is grown out to the middle of her back. The color itself is a rich scarlet color. Like a rose itself. Her hair has a natural wave to it, like the ocean's tide, sometimes it flips in many parts, creating a wild messy look. Her long bangs delicately frame her face, being parted just slightly off center and falling past her chin. Long wispy sections of hair come down to her collar bone and sections around her head cut shorter and shorter. Despite these sections being cut her hair is still full, thick, and has a healthy sheen to it. The long sections of her hair are parted into two, and sometimes tied together in low pigtails with a couple dark red ribbons.

Cacia is a curvy girl there is no doubt about it. Her body is well toned, granting her flexibility and strength. Her legs long and toned, the thighs holding a lot of muscle in them, which grants the shape. This being because of her constant running around. Her breasts are quite large; holding a nice round shape to them, firm but soft, her most developed 'asset' which stands out compared to the other smaller sized women of the world. Moving downwards her waist curves in nicely then curves back out to her hips, giving her that desired hourglass figure that most women envy. Her stomach flat and firm, her bottom round and toned. Her body is very curvy yet toned. With soft creamy skin and beautiful assets she is a beautiful example of what women these days wish and try to be. She is also left handed and stands at 5'5''.

Cacia tends to wear black clothing. On a regular basis her outfit usually consists of a pair of black short shots, knee high boots that are black as well along with a button up white long sleeve shirt that clings to her curves underneath a longer black sleeveless jacket with various pockets. A thick white belt is worn over top of her waist, cinching in the jacket. Other times when she's on a job or around at night Cacia will wear a pure black leather suit that clings close to her skin and curves. Various straps are around her wrists and thighs to hold ammunition for her weapons.

Personality: Cacia can be called spontaneous simply because she tends to do things when she feels like it. Without much planning or thinking ahead. However when it comes to more serious situations, she will get down and think of a plan thoroughly and carefully. But while in more casual situations she will act upon her instincts or sudden impulses, natural unconstrained and unplanned. She can go into a place with one intention then have it suddenly shift to something else. Sometimes Cacia can get distracted easily which can influence her change of plans. Even though she can be spontaneous Cacia is mature enough to understand what situations need attention and planning. She knows better then to rush into something that may be dangerous. Sometimes when Cacia is pissed off or irritated she will lash out in a rather comical manner, she is also not afraid to swear or curse. Sometimes she even shows her affection a bit...Roughly.
Cacia can be a loyal follower, she would carry out orders and duty with little or no questioning. However Cacia's loyalty is something that isn't easy to gain. The first step to her loyalty is through friendship and gentle interaction. Trust plays a big role in gaining her loyalty. She will struggle against someone who would try to force her to submit to them, she would hesitate in following the orders of someone who hasn't gained her trust and would most likely question them. In some cases Cacia may be forced to submit to someone through fear. If she can fear them enough she can become loyal to them to an extent if her life depended on it and on what the order or duty was.
When Cacia sets her eyes on something she will become determined to get it. Whether learning a new trick or technique or to simply gain something from someone such as trust. It would take some rather large emotional strain to kill her determination inside. This determination inside of her will push her forwards to stand up for herself or for another. Sometimes her action displayed while being determined are described as 'Bold'. Cacia has learned that she can achieve great things through her determination. With that she still clings onto this determination to overcome obstacles and challenges.
Cacia is a girl, and girls tend to get jealous easily. When Cacia gets jealous her bubbly mood can easily turn sour. Though she never gets jealous of physical beauty. After all she is quite the looker herself in which other woman get jealous of her. On top of that Cacia is comfortable enough with her body that she could end up running around naked and not give a damn in the world. The thing that makes Cacia jealous is when she doesn't receive attention from the one she wants. for example, if she likes a guy and he's off sweet talking to another woman that would make Cacia jealous and turn her mood into a sour one. Most likely she would go and steal the attention back.
Cacia has a sense of humor and being perverted she tends to make a lot of dirt jokes or plays into them. She doesn't take any perverted comments harshly unless they are extremely vulgar. However you'll see her making perverted jokes a lot; whether its of herself or others, man or woman it doesn't matter. She is not a feminist to say the least. She tends to make fun of herself left right and center. She loves laughter and to make people chuckle with her.
Cacia may be sweet and sincere but deep inside when no one's around she holds a secret sadistic nature. When the sent of blood lingers in her nose, while its still fresh and warm a tingle goes through her veins, an alluring sensation. There is just something about the sent of blood, someones or even her on just flicks the light switch on. This doesn't send her in a state of rage or desire to kill, it simply sends her into a sadistic state of enjoyment with that charming smile plastered on her face. She can chuckle at dismemberment and be un-phased by mutilation and other inhuman deeds. Who knew that such a dark enjoyment rested within her. Then again being so un-phased by such disgusting images is a good thing when being a medic. Cacia is sometimes displayed as cold to some people. She opened herself to many times to plainly be nice to everyone she comes across.
Cacia can find pleasure from pain. Even though she tries to hide it sometimes fights can seem pleasurable in a sense. She would have fantasies of Domination, whether being dominated or dominating someone else. She believes she is sick for thinking such things however she cannot ignore it. When ever she's enjoying combat or other situations her breathing will become raspy and heavy, her heart racing and her cheeks flushed. Her words can stutter as she speaks as well. If it comes to a time where Cacia feels as if she should hide her shame and try to cover up her masochism she would most likely respond with foul language that she would barely use casually. this being because she thinks from pain should come anger, not pleasure. What better way to show your angry then throwing out some foul language?
Cacia can be risky. You can call this positive or negative depending on your beliefs. You could say Cacia has big lady balls, (no big breast pun intended) She dives into situations that some are to afraid to do or try things others wouldn't. That is because Cacia doesn't want to look back and say 'I should of' or 'If only I' or things like that. However, there are limits. There are some things that Cacia hesitates and thinks about before doing. However that depends on the situation itself. Some consider Cacia fun because she isn't afraid to do, say, or think what she wants to. She is going to take advantage of her new life and live it to the fullest considering she was unable to do so while living in the forest for many years.
Cacia has a lack of patience. It can be seen as a negative trait in many aspects. But when it comes down to it Cacia doesn't like to wait. Her lifestyle had been to doing things immediately so she wouldn't regret it later so obviously she would come to develop impatience.

The Background

History:
There is no city without sin. Cacia began as a girl with a name she doesn't remember. At a young age she was on the streets, alone with a drug addicted mother who soon came to abandon her because Cacia was nothing but another expense to her mother. Her father gone with another woman. Cold, dirty and alone. She was a blonde haired child no more then the age of seven when it all began or at least she thought she was seven.

Everything from beforethe blackness is a absence to Cacia, her name, and her life before then was a mere blur before it faded away into non-existance. All she remembered was that it began with black. She did not remember that the young girl that she was at the time was pulled from the streets and brought deep within the labratory where she would be rebirthed in the hopes of somethign pure and just...

It was a fuzz to her. Though she remembered the pain of the branding on the back of her neck and the pain from the injections that were given to her every second day. she recieved injections of unknown substances in her muscle tissue. It was a undergrown experiment that would soon be labeled as a failure. Children were pulled off the streets in small numbers for this. Many of them, mostly the males; were taken in to grow up in a life of training and practicing of perserving justice. For them it would be salvation no? It was different for the girls, or those who seemed weaker. They wished to create more soilders or turn the weaker children into something useful and more powerful rather then leave them as scraps of meat on the streets for all the predators out there. It turned into a biological experiment. Cacia was one of these children. With her the people tried to come up with ways to cure various diseases and strengthen the immune system.
Some children couldn't take the injections, some had bodies which were far to weak to handle them. Then in teh next experiment many more passed away. The ones who survived were kept, wearing pure white suits to resemble purity. They were indulged in keeping virtues and staying away from anything sinful that could corrupt them. Many could call this salvation for the souls while others could call it brainwashing them into 'eliminating all who were not pure'.

Now there was a new injection to completely add somethign new and alter these children. the addition of a new pair of chromozones. Only a handful of children had adopted these new chromozones succussfully. Cacia was one of them. There were hopes within this darkness. The children would adopt superhuman traits. Sences were enhancedand bodies were stronger. Though with the addition of the extra pair of chromozones they were technically a new species of human and could not reproduce with humans only containing 23 pairs of chromozones. Cacia and the others still recieved the injections, though with time, with each injection the pain began to numb and over time it was replaced with...a sence of pleasure.

Now things started to go down hill. The children were about 12 and 13 years old when it started to go for the worse. Many kids died from sickness, some had their cells stop working properly during mitosis and in the end caused cancer to those subjects, Though Cacia was one of the few whose body started to adapt to their research. she was started beign put into weapons training, and at that age it seemed crazy, but it gave her years of experience. Her body seemed to have a high acting immune system, that was great. The researchers tried and put it up against more and more toxins and vemons. It was a break through, she didn't die, or seemed effected by it even!

Though now would be the time to say that these experiments didn't go without loss, flaws and side effects. The downfall of the experiemtns was not in their physical appearance but rather their mental state. Which was begining to crumble in all of the experiments, including Cacia. Insanity set into many of the subjects until they began to lash out. The concept of keeping the purity and making a pure new enhanced human race was sent flying out the window. The subjects came to be considered failures, because even at such a young age and after all the attempts to keep them just, they were unable to be kept pure. Their hopes would have to be looked at through another angle which would lead into more biological experimentation such as synthetic life. One by one these failed experiments were being put to their rest before their mental state crumbled entirely. Ones that started Showing signs of a deteriorating mental state were put into a black body suit instead of the white one, signifying that they were on deaths row. At this point Cacia was turning into a darker being. One more sadistic and masochistic, not pure and just liek the researchers hoped. It was around this time that Cacia was put into a black suit. She seemed to switch from being kind to being cold, personality changes mostly; a clear warning sign of the deteriorating mental state no?... On top of that, it seemed that Cacia was not at all what they expected, yes she was able to widthstand all sorts of poisons and toxins with the immune system out of this world... However; she wasn't fighting these things off, she was absorbing them and storing them within her blood, forming a special immune system to adapt to all these poisons without killing them. Meaning her blood could be utilized in biological warfare! Terrorists would love to get their hands on her blood....

What would you do if you and others like you were being sent to death? Do you wait for the embrace of death or do you fight for your life?
The answer was obvious. They were going to fight. The fact that they were classified as super humans meant that they managed to break out with the aid of another who's specialty revolved around his strength. They grabbed their weapons and prepared to run with the objective of getting out with the least amount of casualties. The more deaths would mean the more they would be sought after for betrayal. Though the Researchers were the ones betraying them no? They were classified as failures because of the lack of holding their mental state. It was their only downfall. The innocent had fallen into the sinful...

Cacia was a part of the escape. She managed to leave with her pack of ammunition a katana and her rifle. all taken from teh training room's supply. The building was on red alert. They had to move fast. Cacia bared her Katana and rushed with the others, they had to break out. It was safe to say that they all sustained injuries and some didn't make it out, only a few actually managed to escape from the building.. Cacia was one of these people.
Once they were out they all split up. Gunshots were being heard as snipers from the Researchers fired after the subjects, screams were heard but Cacia kept moving. Hesitate and she would die. Soldiers were dispatched after them. Cacia made it on top of a four story building by hoping from rooftop to roof top, BANG. Mid jump a bullet collided and pierced through her right thigh, this threw her off and her body collided against the roof of the building she had jumped to and rolled off, falling three stories down to the ground. She was considered dead to the researchers. Though, something, or someone came in between that death. The fall should have killed her but instead, it was cushioned by some old matresses laying out. She came to after a while, still bleeding; though with medical knowledge gained over the years, the young girl patched herself up and started living on the streets. She was taking odd jobs, from a sniper to a weapons engineer. She made a name for herself on the streets, the Bloody Rose was her title. Years passed and now that young girl is living all on her own; being 19 years old. She's grown hard and cold from the streets, she's not a hero. She does what she wants for herself. Perhaps she's indulging in her dark side. Seeing as she was a biological warfare cause to be, Cacia started to expand her mind and talants, learning about her blood and its properties and figuring out how to utilize it and harness the deadly powers. With this she formed her own creation with her weapons expertise. Blood bullets, on impact the bullet releases a dose of her own blood, poisoning the victim....

Just a few things. On your ability you have a slight typo where you put "D" instead of "B"

Also for your weapon choices, experiments can only start off with two D rank level weapons and can only train up to a max of C rank level weaponry. From looking at your weapon, it looks like you want something abit more advance, but sadly we're restricted from getting the big guns. Here's the guide on weaponry..

my weapons arent advanced, just a katana and a rifle. I know theyre D rank and if i wanted a A rank weapon i would have picked a more powerful rifle.

Did you look at the weapon rule? A basic handgun fire arm is C rank. A rifle would not be D.

Starting on your app, you don't get a gun you get basic stuff. Blades, knives, etc. However, you can train guns, but honestly Experiments don't get the best technology. I'm one of them, I should know. Humans are really the ones that get the high end weaponry unless a mutant/experiment/etc has a power that involves creating weaponry and etc
