The Biography

Appearance: Gush is, for lack of a better word, a wave. He is a living embodiment of water, and his body is that of an ocean colored liquid, that is constantly flowing and rushing as if it was a mighty river. He is slightly humanoid in shape, as he has a general chest area, that leads into arms, hands, and shoulders and such. His hands are webbed, much like a duck's feet. Above the chest is a rather thick neck, flowing into a head, which is a very basic shape of a circle. Gush has eyes, pits that appear to mimic cheek bones, and then flowing down into a mouth.

His lower body is a bit more complex, as unlike the upper body, which flows down to the lower body, the waist down is comprised of a swirling vortex of water, swirling up towards his upper body. The vortex that swirls is like a rushing rapid, and appears to be sucking upwards.

Personality: Gush is a strange individual, thirsting for battle as well as powerful people, as he enjoys imitating people. He likes to watch people and then mirror them, and change himself rapidly simply for his own interests. He basically does whatever he wants, which involves a lot of battle and fighting. He is a rather simply individual, and he can usually be persuaded into partnering up with almost anyone, as long as it involves fighting.

Gush enjoys not only the thrill of battle, but he is rather envious, almost the entity of envy and jealousy. He wants what humans have, which is why he shape shifts into them a lot of the time, and it even eats away at him that he can't be a human, or at least a true human. This makes him despise the humans, and in turn, he actually enjoys killing them. As long as it involves fighting or killing, Gush will love to do it.

The Background

History: Once, there was a great comet, flying through the vast emptiness of space, absorbing the cosmic energies of the universe. When it passed by a particular planet, a deity, considering himself a bit greedy, as he had nothing to adorn his personal collection, like the other gods did, decided that he would pull the rock down into the planet, to see what he could find inside the mass of energetic ice. As it crashed into the ocean on the planet, the ice melted, boiling hot from it's trip through the atmosphere, and soon it the energies would combine. The god decided to animate this particular water, as it had mystic energies within it.

This is when Gush was truly born. The first thing he witnessed when he was born, was a pirate ship attacking a group of travelers, robbing them of their money and possessions. He decided to mimic them, first being a ruthless cutthroat, then a wise leader, even a person aboard the ship that handed over his watch. Once it was done, he had played all of the roles, and was satisfied, so he simply killed all of the pirates. Their mortal weapons served them no good against the strange creature, as it ravaged them. Before the people on the boat could thank the strange creature, Gush let out a massive water spout which would sink the ship, and drown all the passengers.

Gush then roamed the ocean until he found a particular land mass, which just so happened to be America. Where he would go throughout it's reaches were beyond even his knowledge. He learned to quickly speak, and also learned that he needed to blend in with the humans as his normal form caused quite a bit of commotion. Learning the language was simple, as he was able to mimic them completely already. He got bored, as the regular humans were usually too weak to fight or do battle, but then he learned that there were "super" beings, much like he was, on the planet. This simply meant that the fun was just beginning for Gush.

made it so the draining simply makes my character stronger, instead of gaining any actual powers. Removed the power part

This is a touchy app, but very interesting. I'll have to keep an eye on things, especially that skill for the body of water, but you're approved.
