The beyond sought the strange power said to rest at the Summit of New York City. The gossip flitted amongst the rest: valuable information was to come to light when dawn broke over the Summit.

Power:Dark Force
Description:The user can shoot arrows of piercing Dark Force power capable of piercing light-based objects and shields with shadows. This special bow and arrow from the Dark force realm only has 3 shots per topic but can pierce Items of it's rank with and below with one shot and even items above it's rank with two shots. One all three arrows are used the bow and arrow disperse. Bow can shoot 30 yards per rank at 70/180/300/450 mph.

Description:The user can create and project beams of darkness from the eyes capable of exploding on contact or piercing items of equal or less rank. What makes these dark blasts so special is that they have pinpoint control and unerring aim allows the beam to travel in straight lines, bend, or curve around corners and can pass through matter and energy by taking on a shadow form. These beams can literally "home in" on an enemy. 35 yard per rank at 75/200/400/650 mph. If barriers are made of light(Specifically photon based) then the beams cannot pass through but may still make contact)

Description:The user has a shield of solidified darkness around their body to defend against all angles of attack and create tendrils to strike their opponents. The shadow armor is a camouflaged layer that blends with the skin. It has very selective durability however. It is highly resistant against fire based attacks of all kinds (75% total reduction) and resistant against bludgeoning (50% total reduction) provided ranks are equal or greater than opposition(If not then reductions gain +25%). The tendrils act as extensions of the users hands stretching 30 yards per rank and able to perform touch based attacks and can use the strength of the user . The tendrils are not camouflaged one stretched from the body however.

Description:The power to use oneself as a telepathic relay station to communicate with multiple people. The user can use his/her talent with telepathy to act as a "relay station" for a group of minds, allowing said minds to "speak" to one another through the user. The user can relay 2/4/6/8 other people at 30/70/150yards/1 mile.

This is the only one I have a problem with, feel free to start training the others since this is more of a issue regarding definition then anything else. What does it mean for the blast to turn into a shadow? How if a barrier produces light, can this slip past it (is that a limitation of the ability?). | |
