Senator Hines has revealed how mutants will be handled: Sentinels.
A rumor traveled the circles of the supernatural. Mutants heard a safe, underground railroad was being started, inquire at the Summit. The beyond sought the strange power said to rest at the Summit of New York City. The gossip flitted amongst the rest: valuable information was to come to light when dawn broke over the Summit.

| Prolonged Use Flaw- The Monarch possesses great skill and power, sapping the natural energies around her to power her magic. However, prolonged usage of her vast magical stockpile come at a cost. Overuse or misuse of said power may result in, among other things, insanity and physical damage to the Monarch's body. This means that she can only use her abilities 5/7/10/15 posts (consecutive or not) before negative effects occur to the body; every post after she passes her max a searing crimson fire will burn away her vitality, depleting her magic reserves in quite a painful manner. This flaw solely affects her magical abilities, although it will have adverse effects on her body if she overuses said powers after exceeding her max. For every summoning post she uses after exceeding her max the Monarch will suffer a decrease in reflex by 10%. The negative effects cannot be counter acted and should greatly affect her potent magical powers.
Sub-power: Scattering - Although she cannot remember her once divine origins the new reincarnation of the Monarch has kept a unique power known as scattering. The Monarch can disperse herself into smaller fragments. She can scatter in large areas (often taking on the form of a swarm of butterflies or a cloud of dust) whilst retaining control over her fragments instead of staying in a relatively cohesive form and is easily able to reform from any part. This ability isn't the most effective offensive power, it's true capabilities lie in it's defensive form and evasion .

Ok a decent flaw. Though I need you to actually explain the reductions correlation to your character. After the max is hit does your character lose their powers, are they less effective(if so by how much). - Quote :
- Sub-power: Chronolock - Although she cannot remember her once divine origins the new reincarnation of the Monarch has kept the chronolock ability. The Monarch is capable of existing outside time and space and as such is highly immune to abilities related to such things. If time should stop the Monarch wouldn't be affected; if reality would change She would remember both the previous and have knowledge of the difference from old to new. The Monarch can still feel temporal changes even if she is unaffected by them, such as feeling subjective centuries pass while time is being accelerated but not aging.
No Time travel,Omi-knowledge/science,Temporal cognition, or time travel. Only defense against time based effects. Especially since it is subbed. | |
