Standing at 190cm tall when human and when fully dragon out he stands at 3 metres tall.
He also has scars on him one on his face from a hunting mishap that take the shape of a star and one on his left arm that spirals around it from a fight were his arm got caught in razor wire.

Personality:

Marcus is usually calm all the time it very hard to get him angry at all but when you do well lets just say you don’t want to see the aftermath of a rampaging dragon. Other then that he is very caring and will go to great lengths to protect the ones that he calls friends and family he even give his life if that what it takes. He also kill but that any as a last resort if anything he tries to talk his way out of thing first but he can be a very hard foe to take done thanks to his mutant powers.

There are things that he likes like video games, pasta, chocolate and girls. then there are things that he hate like bullies and people that use their given power for their own needs. So he do anything to stop those type of people within reason. Stubbornness like a mule is not even close to how he can be sometimes so once his mind is set he is very, very hard to change his mind by any means.

When Marcus is fighting he more of a thinker and planner and he deadly in a long fight for he can figure out how most moves and powers work and think of a way around them if he sees them a few times. He also the not very talkative when he fighting for he see that as a waste of breath what he says has some sort of weight to it.

The Background

History:

Marcus was born to normal human parents with a twin sister in Australia. His parents where into getting back to nature in a good way they always take time to go camping and teach their children about it. So as Marcus was growing up he learnt all about nature but when he started school he got picked on. He just did not do anything to provoke more but when they started to pick on his sister and family. That when the trouble started he got into many fights over that but his parents understood that he was only protecting his sister and family form people that wanted to bring them down.

Then around the 12th year on this world is when his powers started to show and change his appearance it also when his sister’s mutanted powers started to show and they were the power over flames and producing them with Marcus around he could always eat the flames if she had a flare up for his power while made it own troubles was easier to control. One night he had a call from a friend that needed help but that turned out to be a set up for a group of mutant haters and at the same time they attack his home while his sister tried her best to hold them back she had one of her flare up and burnt not only herself but the home and the parents to ash. By the time that Marcus made it back it was just ash he was a wreck for his ownly known family was gone that when a recruiter for a Professor Kagan's Institute Of Progressive Development came and offered a place there and a new start.

Ok, dude. First, take out all the branching powers that are in your Dragon Physiology description. You don't need and we don't want any of that. Those same things can be later submitted into abilities where they will either be denied or accepted.

Any normal thing is actually a broad term for basically... everything that exists in the world. Choose a specific durability. Steel would be a common choice for a C rank construct. Is he able to control them once he forms them or can he just wield them as if they were always there? What happens if a construct is broken? Can he be harmed from utilizing too much life force for these constructs? Is he adept enough to create intricate items or are they any crude object he can think of?

For the history you might want to check if being part of Xavier's Institute is allowed.

Edited the power and ability hope it works now with the power i keeped some of the things in there so that he can do it and no one can call foul on me.

hope that the history ok i am only using the mutant school as a plot tool and he out of it now.

Just put Dragon Physiology under the power, cause we have the Superpower Wikia that already gives us the applications of it.

There is an institution here that serves as the Xavier school, but the canon school was never created here. So remove Xavier's school and replace it with "Professor Kagan's Institute Of Progressive Development"

A kantana on the other hand since it simple but the blade is complex in layers it will take 2 post to make a perfect copy.) once they are made it like a living part of Marcus and he has little control to change them but for small things like sharpness and what not. If any of them do break it be like a small local explodsion happens like that of a middle size firework going off.
