Appearance:
Felix is a tall being, coated in a red outer shell. His eyes glow a light blue light which shines outward and is the 'soul' of his being. He stands at 5'11, and weighs a good 200lbs due to his alien body structure. While humanoid and bipedal he is more insect like in that his skeleton is on the outside.
Personality: Felix is a sarcastic, smart assed son of a bitch with little to no respect for authority that has not proven itself. While he is caring he covers that up with a crass attitude much like his species outer shell covers their softer innards. While normally he is quiet, he is quiet intelligent constantly analyzing situations, and people. He is hopelessly optimistic and has an odd love for animals that exceeds most humans.
His optimism is not crippling however, and he subscribes to the rule of fool me once shame on you, fool me you can't fool me again. Due to his ability to read minds, he does not trust anyone rather he knows if they will betray him or not.

One must focus on the particular person they wish to send or receive thoughts from. At C and B- Level one does not receive a visual image they merely hear the thoughts. At higher levels the user can actually see the images and hear them if they so choose. Of course this ability has a finite range of 30 yards per rank. Surface thoughts are minuscule and require hardly any effort at all. However deeper rooted thoughts require up to 3 posts(subtracted by a post every rank). This power cannot be used while actually engaged in a combat action or an action that requires dedicated concentration.

The Background
|
History: Growing up on Planet Z, Felix has always longed for something more, someone who could share his feelings and activities. On his planet most of the other beings were cruel, and killed for spot something that Felix could not take a part in. He believed that to kill, there must always be a reason. It was a belief that none of his kind shared so he stared long and hard at a picture of earth, there it would be that he would begin his new life.
Upon reaching earth he soon learned the english language and preformed small menial jobs to support himself, he bought a home thanks to the Welcome to Earth act provided for any peaceful alien which lived on the blue and green planet.
Now he has decided to repay that favor and help protect the new place he calls his home.

The hell? Ummm no......Telepathy in itself is on the restricted list(not banned) but in itself is a potent power that umbrellas tons of effects. We are not going to compound it with free powers every rank. | |
