A rumor traveled the circles of the supernatural. Mutants heard a safe, underground railroad was being started, inquire at the Summit. The beyond sought the strange power said to rest at the Summit of New York City. The gossip flitted amongst the rest: valuable information was to come to light when dawn broke over the Summit.

Appearance: 
Tyler Jenson stands at 6'2, with a well average posture. His skin is olive tan with a few slash/scars that were recieved during his time in prison. He has spikey red hair that is medium length, but doesn't touch his shoulders, with a few bangs that come down in front of his face. He where a old navy blue jacket that has numurous pockets, the jacket also has a worn down appearence. He wears military like pants, that have two side pockets that are located on his lower thigh area, with the leg openings that are stuffed inside the top part of his old black and brown boots. When not wearing the jacket he has a tight tank top that reveals his arms that have a large star tattoo on both sides, they also have a blue outlining that surrounds the stars.
Personality: Tyler use to be an ordinary citizen, always obeying the law. He would always give a helping hand to others, he would give his last dollar, or even his very own coat to a stranger in need, he was the perfect epitome of kindness. He believed that it was his strong morality that lead him to do these kind acts. However throughout his life he would change his ways, seeing how the world would never left a finger for anyone other than themself, he had finally learned the ultimate lesson in life. Tyler's updated personality would be more self centered now, he would protect his own no matter what. He also developed a strong sense of nihilism, he would no longer submit to authority unless it would better him. To him, life was worthless and most of the so called values that people held were complete and utter bull, false beliefs.
Tyler however was a musical genius during his youth, he specialized in the grand piano. To this day he himself would dream of the time when he would play Joseph Haydn's sonata, it was his favorite.

—Main Power: Simon Says- The user with this ability will be able to copy any power that he has seen in first person, or have been a victim to a power(Someone read my mind), along with contact of the source. In order to gain a new power the user has to see the new power, and also make contact again, from the slightest touch to a more harsher grasp. However, once the user completes the nessessary steps in order to achieve the new power, the user loses the power that he previously had and is replaced with the new power. Any knowledge that the user had with any other power(Experience/Rank) is still kept, in case the user would run into the same power again. The only way the user of this power would be able to keep two types of powers at once, were if they reach B level status. If the user would reach A level status, they would be able to hold three different powers, once they reach S rank they will be allowed to copy a ability as well for only one out of the three abilites that were copied. Also, this power cannot copy powers such as were/vamp transformation, Devine transformation, but if the user sees the individual use abilities like regeneration or flight, those abilities could be copied with addition to making contact with it. The user also has control over when he wants to copy another one's ability or not when he/she comes into contact with the source.
Example 1: I see someone fly and happened to make contact with them, boom got it.
Example 2: I see someone that has spider phyisology, can't copy that. But wait, I saw him lift a car, boom make contact and copied his super strength.
Example 3: I figured out that someone has telepathy, I made contact with this person, boom i got it. However, I can only read peoples mind, i do not get any of the abilities such as making someone do something by mere thought. You would really just get the basic power, untill S rank.

When in contact with another person, the user acquires their mental abilities, be it knowledge over a subject, a foreign language, or past memories of their childhood and so on. However, if the user comes in to contact with a subject that has anger issues due to mental conditions, those anger issues are too absorbed by the user, making the ability prone to risk as well. The user of this ability also has control over when he wants to absorb peoples thoughts or not.

The Background

History: Tyler Jeson was born in Chicago, Illinois, he was the only child in his family. At a young age he was taught by his caring mother to do help other get by when they are in need. His mother would strive to promote this, so Tyler wouldn't abondon anyone who trully cared for him, like his father who had walked out on the both of them. In school Tyler was soon regconized as the most caring individual they had ever seen, everyday he would help anyone he could if not everyone to make their day go by smoothly, he was truly a Hero in the eyes of most. Then as the days passed when he when he was of a proper age, he began taking piano lessons after school. His teacher would awe at Tyler's natural ability to understand what notes to use in order to peer inside peoples emotions, he was truly gifted in the art but unaware that this was his mutant ability leaking out. The day would finally come when Tyler's life would take a unforunate turn of events. Tyler would go to the store every thursday to pick up some medicine that his mother would need, but, that day the store would be closed due to unknown circumstances. Tyler needed the medicine for a important reason, and so he decided to sneak in the store and grab the medicine, with the full intention of leaving the money on the counter. But what Tyler didn't know was that he had set of a alarm that alerted the police, as Tyler left the store he was soon intercepted by a squad car, without warning they subdued Tyler and threw him in the back of the car. As they days went by, he would now be infront of the judge, a person of high authority. At the time Tyler wass now 19 years old, the judge then declared that he was guilty. He served time at the state prison, there was when Tyler begun to take shape into the man he would be known as today. During that time he developed a deep hatred for authority figures, people who would be free to pass judgement on those that would be complete strangers to them, parading as godly figures. Tyler was then let out with probation, however, he was now a marked man. He was a felon among the people, most if not all his rights were removed. All because he was branded a criminal by a person, a human that was carrying a useless title of authority. To Tyler, everyones titles, values, and beliefs ment nothing to him anymore, authority was a joke to him now. Tyler knew how people felt towards certain things, and would use that against them, it was clear now that Tyler had finally tapped in to his mutant ability. He would use his hatred towards that so called authority, to bring it down.

| Ok all powers will have to be attained through contact. Even the first one....your a power snatcher so you are gonna have to work for every power you get(or have a friend that doesn't mind). Other thing is Power Replication wouldn't spawn adoptive muscle memory. They are really synonymous other than they just copy something. You power involves replicating the genetic code or it's likeness. Adoptive muscle memory is a Biological adaptation. | |
