—Description: She can run at 50MPH. This includes her limbs and what not, she can move her entire body at that speed. To dodge bullets, To attack faster... Etc etc. The friction, the force that pushes you back as you go forward, doesn't affect her much at this speed. But, at later ranks or at higher speeds, it becomes a issue. At 400MPH, her suit would protect her from the friction. But at 3000MPH+ She would have to get something new to protect her from the friction. With a little bit more durability.

Anything above a broken bone, can't be regenerated. This cannot be used for large gashes across the body, which would be classified as a heavy wound.

Each attribute being, Strength, Speed, hovering speed, etc etc. It can only be done twice per PC, then it would no longer empower her. It only last for a singular topic, she can refill on a person twice a thread only, but it resets every thread.

Scattering into a large area while retaining control over their fragments instead of staying in relatively cohesive form and reforming from any part. It isn't required for them to be killed while she is scattered. At C-rank the user can break into 45 bats that must stay within 5 feet of each other. If 15 of the 45 bats are killed then if forces the user into their original form. At B-rank there are 100 bats and 30 must die for Kira to be reverted. At A-rank there are 500 and 100 must be killed and at S-rank 1000 bats and 400 must be killed. After C-rank separation is B-rank 15 ft, A-rank 30ft and S-rank no limitations. 

Ummmm well first ALL of these save the scatter you snatched from my app need waaaaaaaaaaay more description. For instance your regen.... which is borderline spontaneous regen especially. What is considered light wounds. Telekinesis and teleportation is a no go......You could however get a form of hypnotism. But yeah you are looking Lukas like with the detail right now.

Light wounds isn't anything under a broken bone. A large gash cutting through you would be a heavy wound, not a light wound. Light wound would be small stabs, cuts, scratches, and smaller bruises.
