After exiting hell, she picked up multiple piercing. Her hair also was added onto with multiple things she picked up during her trip through hell. She wore a skimpy amount of clothing when she left, and her arm bands and rings were also new. They really changed her new appearance, her body was now only 6'0 and she weighted but 130 pounds. Her disguised were all now never used again. The large tatto on her back was not a G but it was Hades mark
Personality: Emelie now was capable of emotions, she is now more enjoyed by things that happen. She can be sweet to people and with have going to hell she understands others pains. As the place had plenty of that, she hates to feel hurt or be littled. She is a happier person, but retains her smarts, she is very crude and loves to joke around. Murder isn't her thing, but she still gets a kick out of it. She doesn't fight to kill anymore only fights to win, but if she needs to kill she will. She has no worries or cares in the world. Overall Emelie has became a very care free person who like to just chill and have fun. She is a little subjective to bad habits. She isn't one to be taken lightly as she may be fun on the outside she is calculating very in depthly.

This is created by her pure energy and maintains the strength of a steel wall. It is produced whenever needed. This also generates a bright blue color that is almost transparent, it spikes up and down as her energy changes up and down. *Only Last for 6 post, Recharge of 3 post. Only protect from C ranked abilities due to it being B ranked. B ranked attacks by weapons are people can break the shield. The final application of this is she can create a secondary barrier that has no strength at all, but is on top of her skin that protects her from getting her arms, body or legs ripped off, when she throws punches, moves, or kicks at extremely high speed, this only nulls the effects from throwing her fist or body at high speeds and kicks. The small barier on her skin also nulls the effects of high speed flight or running. (Last as long as needed, severs no combat purpose besides protecting from friction and such)

This also gives her a great enough ability to dodge something by timing the firing by looking at the gun point or other weapon or fist. Then dodging it, even if it's twiece the speed of M16s bullet, she can still time it by getting a good look at the object pointed at her or aimed towards her. She needs to be able to see it to dodge, aka if she can't see it, she can't dodge, unless her speed is higher then said object. Also if something that moves faster then her and is within 5 feet of her she can't dodge it, unless she is faster then the object that is aimed at her or thrown. Two can be controlled only, while the other from being fired cannot be controlled unless she isn't controling one of the orb. For each orb she needs a free hand to control it. Note she can pull the power of the blast. This follows the same rules as the Kamehameha stacking wise. EXP: Stacked 3 times, 42 per post no extra damage, 28 per post double damage, 14 per post triple damage. 1/4 speed increase each stack. Maximum per topic 3 post. Maximum per topic 3 post. Which means she could fire 42 in 3 post with no extra damage, before running out of energy for that attack. Notice, that maxing out of this drains her total energy level. Which means if used all the way up, she could only be able to fire 3 Kamehameha with no extra damage if this ability is exhausted. Her max flight speed is also cut to 1/4 of its max after using up this ability. The same applies for Kamehameha, if used up, this ability reverts to its basic no stacking level, which is 14 per post no extra damage, 3 post limited per topic and her flight speed is 1/4 again.

The Background

History: Emelie was born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden. In the early years of her birth her mom pleaded with her unmarried Crime Lord father to get married and quit the " The business". Although he claimed that he would get out, he never showed a sign of trying to retire from the crime underworld. Which after they were married they were quickly divorced causing unknown pain to the girl at the age of 4. But unlike most stories the father had grown too attracted to his little girl and so in order for his own wife to not get custody, he exiled her from Sweden and made sure she could never ever return. Now with only a maid to guide her through her growing into a women and turned into the harsh environment in a extravagant house. Made her so cold and heartless with no one to communicate with or talk to she became very depressed for this duration of her life. Unknowing causing the death of 4 doctors at their failed attempts to cheer her up with pills and therapy. After the last doctor her dad gave up on the little girl at the age of 14 as she became ever so more unattached from the world. After several trips to America her dad whined up getting caught in a bad deal with a local New York gang which end up killing her father and effectively leaving his crime empire to the control of her half brother. Which she never hated anyone but that man, she always hated her half brother, maybe it was resentment for her dad not staying with her mom or whatever childhood issues she had. After her father was killed she decide to stay in America, but a few days later now just turning 15 she saw the leader of the gang that killed her father, she knew him well because of countless parties thrown at the loft in America or their House in Stockholm. Never being in a fight or any kind of battle she was in filled with rage and struck the man down beating him until he died, while also beating savagely the 5 body guard and killing 2 of them. She is wanted by the FBI, CIA, and NSA. As that crime lord had a lot of "friends" in U.S government's top levels. For the next year she spent her life in hiding from the Government, now a days its just a old news head line. With very few people looking for her. She eventually changed her name apon meeting her mom in D.C taking the last name of her mom's fake name Sterling and now calling her self Rebecca. After meeting her mom for the first time she decide to stay with her until a argument about her going to see a doctor about her "problems". That night no one knew where she went or what she has been doing for the past year. After that a series of events occurred mainly the kill of a super powered hero, finding a man she felt a strong love with, her eventually fight with another speedster and the sentence of doom to SHIELD. Being tricked by a clown, then following a event of ending up in hell, she aged 6 years after receiving a couple of powers and after winning the tournament. She stayed there for a while (Hell), her new body had a few differences. But it was mainly unnoticed, before leaving she affirmed her mission of killing the man who killed her. She was a totally new person but she knew her mission was so.

Description: She can create a small aura of her chi that is produced around her body, it extend 1-3 feet depending on her level of chi she decides to output. This is created by her pure energy and maintains the strength of a steel wall. This is mostly used although to protect her from flying at extremely fast speed. It is produced whenever needed. This can be used when trying to travel at high speed, this nulls any dangerous friction or heat or anything causing harm to her. She can also use it to carrier people with her, although her speed will be most likely halfed depending on the weight. 260 pounds speed halfed as she is 130 that is double, so she can only move at half the flight or speed of her tops, but she must allow them into the barrier of how ever large she created. This also generates a bright blue color that is almost transparent, it spikes up and down as her energy changes up and down. The final application of this is she can create a secondary barrier that has no strength at all, but is on top of her skin that protects her from getting her arms, body or legs ripped off, when she throws punches, moves, or kicks at extremely high speed, this only nulls the effects from throwing her fist or body at high speeds and kicks. The small barier on her skin also nulls the effects of high speed flight or running.

Description: She really isn't teleporting but moving extremely fast for a short period of time, she has to pick the spot she wants to move and then she can jolt in a 10 meter radius anywhere, she can't fight at all and this move has a 2 post recharge it can allow her to move anywhere she wants in way less then a second. She can only carry 100 pounds with her when moving. Due to Nathan shitting himself in worrie this move can not be used in any offensive manner what so ever aka ram someone or anything. The area must be clear of objects and nothing in its way. The user can not also attack after recharge for the same post, only dodging is allowed and her speed is reduced by half for 2 post. This is super speed with a twist it needs to follow the same rules you just need to tweak them to spawn this concept. | |
