A rumor traveled the circles of the supernatural. Mutants heard a safe, underground railroad was being started, inquire at the Summit. The beyond sought the strange power said to rest at the Summit of New York City. The gossip flitted amongst the rest: valuable information was to come to light when dawn broke over the Summit.

Mission Name: Stop Hygiene Man
Number of Contestants: 1
Location: New York
Objective: Find and Destroy
Reward: 30 Prestige
Details: Recently there's been a new "super villain" roaming around New York with nothing but a trench coat on. He's been harrassing people with his bad hygiene and nasty habits. See to it that you find him, and get rid of him for good. Must complete within 10 days or auto fail.
NPCs:
Hygiene Man - A pale skinned man who stands at the height of 5'0 and weighs approximately 140 pounds. His attire consist of a brown over sized trench coat with nothing else. His hair is black and his eye color is a dark shade of yellow. The Man's ability consists of bad hygiene, being able to generate rancid smells at a 10 meter radius around himself that can drive anyone crazy within its vicinity.
