Appearance: Koizu is 5'10'' and 150 pounds. He is relatively slender but is also muscular. He has a hole in his sternum that goes straight through to the other side of his body and is 5 inches in diameter. The hole does not hurt him and doesn't affect his physical capabilities. Plus he has a black number 4 tattooed on the left side of his chest. He has pale skin and black medium length hair that travels just past his chin. Koizu has two green lines stemming from the bottom of his eyes to his chin. He has a black upper lip and a pale lower lip and black nails. On his head there is a piece of skull that grows on the outside of his body, it has a horn on it and this horn piece of skull is strong and hard to break. It helps protect the side of the face and neck as well as the head. If it does break it regrows slowly and doesn't affect his brain unless his entire head is bashed in. He wears a white jacket that's inside is black with a high collar and long coattails. He also wears a black sash, a hakama, and white shoes with black designs. That last thing he has is a sword strapped to his waist that he is unable to unsheathe yet.
Personality: Koizu is a very calm and collected person. He is not necessarily evil, any evil actions he may have done were in the name of the Chaos King. Now that he isn't bound to a master he is more in control of his own mind and is better at thinking for himself. He is smart yet he isn't anywhere near the level of a mad scientist or someone gifted with great knowledge. He is rarely shaken and doesn't show fear and never really expresses any emotions. The gap in his memory always leaves him with a thirst for knowledge about his past but he does know deep inside it will take time to regain his memory and that it is possible he might not regain it at all.

—Description: This is simply his power to transport himself and/or other objects and/or people, up to 500 pounds, by creating a dimensional opening called a garganta. The garganta leads to whichever dimension he created or any existing one. The garganta can be created anywhere within 2 meters of the user's body. The garganta opens relatively fast and for best use is the same size and shape as the objects entering.. As soon as the user and the objects that he wishes to bring with him travel through the opening the garganta closes. From there you can create another garganta and travel to somewhere else. You can only use this to leave a topic if you are not in battle, and when you leave you can only go to a place you can see, one you created, have been before, or you have some type of image of. Though if you are still fighting in the topic you can only travel to the other dimension and back to a spot that you were able to see in the topic or that you had already been in that topic. During battle you can only stay in the other dimension for up to 5 minutes. To give an idea of what the garganta looks like, it is sort of like a mouth, a mouth can open up and engulf things quick or stay open for some time.

Using his demonic energy, Koizu is capable of sending out a green blast of energy from practically anywhere on his body (primarily used by the index finger). Though before the blast is sent out, it looks as if green energy is spiraling around the area he is shooting the blast from for 2 seconds before firing. This ability can travel up to 30 meters and it is 5 feet in diameter. This power is capable of creating 1st degree burns on whoever takes it head on without armor and can knock people unconscious and knocked off their feet from within 5 meters and leaves someone knocked of their feet and dazed beyond that. It can tear through concrete, trees, and light metals and travels 60 mph.

The Background
|
History: Koizu's history is rather simple. Years ago as Amatsu-Mikaboshi rose in power he created demons of exceptional strength and power. The ten strongest were given numbers which they tattooed on their own chests. The fourth strongest was Koizu, and he was very loyal to his master. His skills were primarily used for assassination which is how he got the nickname "The Assassin of Chaos". His skills progressed and he gained more and more power as his master did. Eventually his master Amatsu-Mikaboshi became the Chaos King and became one of the most powerful beings in the universe. A war was waged by the Chaos King against the Olympians and anyone who stood against him. Koizu fought along side him and also was used for reconnaissance. Though the war came to and end when the Chaos King was imprisoned. When that happened the rest of his followers either went their own ways or were killed. Koizu was locked by his own powers into one of his dimensions, he lost his memory of his powers and most of his identity, and the hole in his sternum formed. He went into a comatose for a year in his dimension of darkness and calmness, and when he awoke the only thing he remembered was his basic powers and his name. The mind set that he had while he still was in contact with the Chaos King seemed to disappear, locked in a part of his mind that he is as of yet unable to tap into. He had a feeling like he had to get away from his dimension, that is when he traveled to Earth from his dimension, he just had a feeling that he needed to go there. Memories of simple things such as what was on planets, how to talk how to walk, they all were there, yet his memory of himself wasn't. Koizu from then on traveled the Earth in search of something to fill the void that was left from losing his memory and his master.

| Since you're not making a teleportation based on weight, you need to make it based on how many people/objects can pass through it at a time before it closes automatically. The more you stack the ability, the more objects/people it can take in itself. When you're in battle, you need to note you can't step into the portal and just camp in the other dimensions. It needs to be instantaneous. You go in, and come out somewhere in the same dimension.
Your beam needs to be cut down in power. Something that large at C rank won't be as strong as something smaller and more concentrated. 3rd degree burns is a no. 1st degree sure. Also tearing through practically anything is a no. Say it can tear through stone and etc, but steel not until B rank. You can say that if a person is within 5 meters and shot by this beam, it has the potential to knock them unconscious, but if they are further than that, they suffer from burns instead and be slightly dazed from the impact. | |

| Okay I will make adjustments, and I actually did wish to make it based off the same weight of teleportation but I forgot to include that. Also this is in not teleportation in the same dimension, I am going to make that an ability later on, this is just creating a rift to another dimension and traveling to a different point from there. So I don't know how I should fix that. | |

| Just one thing I would have you add to the Cero, add that where ever the Cero comes out of glows with what ever color light it is before firing. Also, add a bit more to the history please. It's ok so far, just add a bit more. Other than that your character is good to go. | |
