Appearance: A fairly tall teen by normal description. His long rather frizzy gray hair and sharp yet lethargic electric blue eyes often grant him no more than a first glance for most people. He appears to be a rather lazy individual, most of the times not even bothering to put a shirt on his back, or even brush down his hair. He has a sharp angular face, reminiscent of a more Asian ancestry yet he claims to be of Native American descent. It's clear from his rather revealed chest and stomach that he does work out, though not body builder stacked, he does have well defined pectorals and abdominal's.

He wears a pretty loose gray hoody over his form, leaving his lower chest and forearms wrapped up in boxing tape. On his hands is a pair of fingerless gloves for the extra grip needed when battling. For pants he wears a pair of gray cargo pants that go over his Black, grey and blue Adidas.

Personality: Tho he appears lazy and uneducated, Nendo is quite crafty and will often attempt to distract his opponent in some form or fashion so that he can observe them. Even though he does this he still prefers to fight them straight up, not really used to trickery unless it's an opponent beyond his powers. He is a quite lethargic guy outside of battle, even though he knows he has powers he doesn't really bother to do much with them, attempting to live as much of a normal life as inhumanly possible. He doesn't bother with a suit as it would just give him away even if he did bother with the whole 'alter ego' other hero's and villain's go through. He is considered somewhat of a prick, not really bothering to go out of his way to do much for anyone even when he'll get immense gratitude for it. In fact the only way to get him to help someone is to interrupt the flow of his day, though that might actually get you on the receiving end of his ire.

The Background

History: "When life gives you lemons, you got two choices, you can either throw them back, or make sweet sweet lemonade. I just decided to fuck the lemon lady while I was at it."

Born Nendohir Amosca, Nendo was always a brash child, finding his way to the forests as he was young he never truly grew up to appreciate society as it was. As such his parents often had to deal with him always being called him for fighting, stealing, and otherwise creating a massive disruption. Finally having enough his parents up and moved him from the south, their tribe saddened to see their brother and sister gone but happy to lose the 'possessed child' he was transported north to New York where he lived for the rest of his life up until the Area Zero Incident.

While on a typical courier run he was given a package upon delivery, and told to open it upon reaching the metro area. Following the directions, albeit while skeptical, he shrugged his shoulders at the notion it could be a bomb, considering it wasn't all that heavy and from the sound of the container it was pretty hollow. Opening it up to the world it mesmerized him as he grasped the round object within his hands. His light blue eyes reflected the electricity held within as a small note fell out the box.

Leaning down to pick it up, he read it out slowly before tossing it back and grasping the handles with both hands. At first nothing happened, but what followed resulting in the greatest registered terrorist attack since 9/11. The result was a quarantined Manhattan, and over 200 million dead, either crushed or vaporized by the resulting blast, and Nendo. He awoke as a new man. Feeling the power running through his body, he quickly realized he had to learn to control what he was given, the power feeling almost natural within him, his cares no longer bugging him, and his fears no longer casting down over his shoulders.

He soon attempted to flee the now locked down city, gaining and creating new variations of his powers along the way before finally gaining reprieve in a small vent of the underground subway. Swimming out far enough it was soon realized how he escape when fishermen found the river flooded with dead fisheries, killed by the excess charge given off by him. Passing out half way to Jersey he allowed the down current to carry him ashore where he was found by a young couple. Asked who he was he realized he had to change his identity or risk be locked in a change. Hearing a low tune on the radio he turned to the couple that had found him and replied almost instantly.

"My name is Nendo, Nendo Fiasco."
