A rumor traveled the circles of the supernatural. Mutants heard a safe, underground railroad was being started, inquire at the Summit. The beyond sought the strange power said to rest at the Summit of New York City. The gossip flitted amongst the rest: valuable information was to come to light when dawn broke over the Summit.

The Biography
Name: Model 786 Aliases: "Apex" Age: Not Registered Creation Date: Not Registered Composed Material: Steel Class: Robot
Appearance: Apex is a humanoid robot created primarily out of steel for the singular purpose of combat. The inner body is composed of synthetic muscle fibers combined with advanced mechanics and hydraulic systems in order to maximize the overall physical strength of the robot. The robot is about five feet eleven inches in height and weighs about two hundred pounds. Its body is black and grey, with the entire face being covered by a data analyzing mask of the same color. If the mask were to be blown off, the Robot's eyes would be dark red in color. There are certain parts of Apex that are reinforced more efficiently than others. Those parts being the chest, forearms, and legs. These parts are reinforced with more steel and are painted black to match the rest of the coloration. Upon Apex's back there is a singular weapon, a sword composed of the same material that he is created from, steel. The steel of the blade is black and so is the handle, the blade being sharp enough to cut through steel itself.
Personality: Apex's personality is derived from a singular cut and dry artificial intelligence that does not attempt at understanding human emotions in the slightest and simply follows its base seven protocols given to it by its creator. The first protocol being that upon being attacked it is ordered to reciprocate with an attack if possible, or retreat if the odds are to great. The second protocol is to leave no traces of appearances and remain anonymous. The third protocol is to remain neutral and take on contracts for anyone and complete their missions and to never take on contracts with conflicting interests at the same time, but may take on one contract that negates the other after the fact. Apex's fourth protocol is to never commit suicide in order to complete a contract and to never kill the contract giver unless life is in peril. The fifth protocol given to Apex is to never side with any group or faction permanently. The sixth protocol is to never trust any sentient creature or machine and only rely upon the protocols. The seventh protocol is a generic command that instructs the AI to act logically for self preservation and to excel in combat. The protocols are given no importance based on order of initiation meaning that if certain protocols conflict the AI is capable of and is allowed to deviate in order to pick the best pathway or choice with the overall goal being self preservation.
—Name: Invisibility Mechanism —Rank: C-S —Body Part: Chest —Power Source: Nuclear —Description: This device located within the chest of model 786 allows for it to completely turn invisible. This is managed due to the extreme energy output of the nuclear core that turns the metamaterials on the outside of model 786 in to units that hide the model from sight in the electromagnetic spectrum by deflecting all light away from it thus rendering it invisible to anything outside of the reflected light. This device does have certain limitations that must be adhered to based upon the current technological level that model 786 is on. The first being that this model can only stay invisible for so long based upon rank. At C rank it is for six user posts during free movement, and three during direct combat. Then it goes up by one post for each rank after that.
—Name: Probability Module —Rank: C-S —Body Part: Head —Power Source: Nuclear —Description: The probability module grants Apex the ability to see what choice it should make when confronted with a situation, to predict the outcomes of certain situations and then allows it to react to that situation. This module is often used during fights in order to judge the best move based upon the gathered information during the fight and the current actions. This module is also used for other non combat related situations such as decisions and the repercussions of those choices. It is a time duration thing for each rank. At C rank it lasts three user posts and increases by a post each rank till S rank with a total of lasting for six user posts.
