Some users may even be able to use the electric impulses to gently control smaller metal parts. Such a person could potentially override security codes and infiltrate an installation with ease by manipulating any electronic device as they communicate on the cybernetic level with all things. The person can also have great aptitude in fixing electronic devices. Similarly they have the ability to pull information from computers as if having a civil conversation, illuminating the need to know how to hack or even operate the device normally. The amount of systems affected, or the complexity that can be affected is determined by the user's strength and skill.

How does this relate with our Machine character type? How far does this go when referring to them?

In all honesty it would do the same to them as telepathy would to normal people. Then again magnetism would full over them a bit more. In short they would have to prepare for it.

I'm more referring to how Keita needed touch based hypnosis as a sub power when he wanted it. Would it need to be touch based for you aswell?

Those will be ability dependent though any that deal directly with machine type PC's will be contact based to be fair or considerate rather as machine types should be weak against these type things.

That's what I meant. If you have physical contact nothing should stop you from affecting them. Since it's a sub, I figured it'd be based on physical contact like how Micah had to have physical contact to do his thing most the time. Seeing how much weaker sub powers are to their main and what not. Approved, just keep it Sub limited and not Main powerful
