Appearance: Jack wears a high tech suit called the A-T Battlizer. A-T standing for "Anti-Terrorism" this suit is suppose stand for the future of combat worldwide and defense. The suit is composed of carbon nanite-based textile, an advanced material famous for its steel-like toughness, its transparent perceptible weight and its regenerative properties. The step was taken up a notch for humans to better defend themselves against super powered beings. From appearance, the high tech suit has its basic functions of a full body coverage ranging from the head and feet. The boosters around the back and legs of the suit.
Personality: Jack has a very cocky personality. He is also lazy at times, but sharpens up in the most dire situations. Jack is headstrong and has a command of good judgment. It could be said that jack can become a little stingy when it comes to money. Jack is brave, and is always focused on the mission, he also has a thing for women. Jack is a drinker, sarcastic, and a regular party man.

—Description: Basically, Jack has an ability can minimize the effect the outside world has on his own body. It doesn't allow for the world to be affected, but rather allows for Jack to "adjust" a few seconds of time within his own body. In a more simpler sense, this power allows him to move faster than the human eye can see. It speeds up his blood flow, hemoglobin metabolism, and muscle movement all at the same time. Using this brief burst of speed, he can use his own physical skills and reaction speed at a level far above human limitations. It allows for split second evasion in front of an enemy, and its power of mobility can make for one of his greatest defenses. At this moment, the maximum number of seconds Jack can achieve is 10 with a one post cooldown.

—Description: The A-T Battlizer was made to combat terrorism of all sorts. Unknown to the developers of the suit, Because of its special internal factor that only responded to the X gene, its symbiotic properties would allow it only register with the first mutant that wears it. This suit counts as an exoskeleton that was designed to take punishment, as well as grants various abilities for combat depending on rank. Because it’s a prototype, it can only go up to a B Rank. The slots of what jack can carry are also dependent on each rank. Other powers are gained at rank B.

The Background
|
History: Jack Souther was born in Orlando, Florida around 1990 on march 4. He has been born a mutant, but lived like a regular child that wasn’t known for their abilities. Jack’s power didn’t stand out much to humans as nothing more than an exceptional reaction time. Because of his powers, jack grew up as a sports prodigy, using it in any game imaginable. Pretty soon, the wars with Afghanistan began and instead of taking his numerous scholarships, he volunteered to fight. This was his ticket to see the world, no matter how flawed the method was. After one year of training, he was sent into combat and learned of the harsh reality. His excessive use of his powers has saved his life and the lives of his comrades. At the age of 20, jack earned his medal of honor and was praised as a amazing solider. This was all well and fun, but jack felt like there was something more to his life. While searching for the answer, he came across one of the soldiers he fought with. Numerous soldiers were picked to do a fitting involving a weapon that could revolutionize the world.
This weapon was governed by many organizations, targeted specifically at those with powers. The war on terrorism has evolved, and mutants made various means insufficient. This problem led to the creation of the A-T Battlizer, a 20 year project that is worth 700 million dollars. Even though the prototype was finished, there was a component that everyone lacked to bond with the symbiotic like suit. For some reason, it provided a substantial amount of power that can only be provided with the presence of the X gene. Unknowingly, they picked all humans expecting it to work, but it didn’t respond to anyone by Jack. As it did, it registered his DNA Structure in its system and would only respond to him, becoming an extension of his body that can armor up and down as he wishes or when the parameters sense danger in response to his emotions. It wasn’t known about the X gene catch, and Jack was praised as a prodigy. Since then, he has been used as a test dummy to show the capabilities of the A-T Battlizer in combat on solo missions they won’t send any other soldiers. With all the successes, he has been given the name “Sweeper” for his accomplishments involving messy situations.

| It's a restricted power. I'll let you have it but do to how powerful it is you will have to drop your sub power. | |

| At C rank your suit will just be an average suit with some protection. It will not give flight, strength increase, speed increase, nor healing. The proto iron man suits are made at A rank. The best you can try to get for you suit at D rank would be some kind of night or heat vision, with the weapon slots to hold weaponry.
Also a basic firearm is C rank not D rank. So your second weapon needs to be changed. | |
