Appearance
Retribution has the appearance of a young man with brunette loosen hair that reaches down passed the nape from the back of his head where his frontal head carries bangs that add depth to his face. Also, his eyes are a bright brown hue that draws people's attention, often without realizing he has a 'pretty boy'-type physic. Reitribution also weighs in at about one hundred and sixty-five pounds and standing at about five feet tall and eleven inches. Having a keep-in-shape body to compliment his height, Retro enjoys his taste in casual clothing as it is always noticable and becomes easily spotted in the crowds as he normally wears a leather jacket with a pair of good old Levi jeans under any day. Not for the seer enjoyment for being sought out of but to see who'd be looking for him. Normally he doesn't wear anything obstruct or "too forward" and "awkward" suiting to his tastes. Finding what people with natural gifts in this world wear are too "far fetched" and too "out there" such as costumes and other odd preferences people have in styles. The only thing too out there in his appearance are his gloves that are black and carry a symbolistic "eclipse" look to them.

Retro's personality seems to be one of the most untrusting ones there is, despite his high curiosity and intelligence with technology, Retro is seen as just being neutral and mellow whenever the atmoshpere isn't tense around anyone, including being in the same room as hard time criminals or even heroes towards the inside circles from these two worlds. Often enough Retro is the type of person who easily is misread or easily confuses people through his actions and words in the manner what he states. Which always relates to him doing whatever he likes or towards his best of interest to his amusement and benefits. Making him very untrustful towards heroes and villians alike when building relationships or carrying out tasks together. Even with these factors known, he also gets carried away in his destructive path whenever he is in the heat of battle, making him very insatiable in battle, recklessly destructive, and at most times man-slaughtering the opposing forces working against him without intending it. One can’t simply classify as a misguided fellow or a righteous one either, but its never a bad thing to have a wild card who could turn the tables in your favor by your side at times.

The Background

History
Its been so many years since the day this man had remembered when the last time he had anything or anyone. The day he woke from his slumber was under a rooftop located above New York City, almost beat half to death. Who could of done this? And why? The year was 1932. During the time the great depression had it most of the United States. With no wallet, identification, or even the slightest bit of memory, this man awoke from his slumber into a whole new world. Unsure where to look, he’d ask for answers by following his instincts. These instincts instead sought havoc against him or around him. During this time from then and now, he’d kept a low profile since the incident of burning down on of the most blamed or caused areas that caused the known even as The Dust Bowl in Texas. The man takes small significance in things as of late now, and tends to do his own things. Because of this he spends his time dealing small businesses on the outskirts of the cities, helping the poor and the rich to his accommodations. It was during one these nights that he’d met up with a recovering hero in a warehouse where he was moving already paid for furniture to be shipped in New Jersey soon. It was none other than Red Arrow himself, though the news reports claimed him dead, this man who calls himself Jack could see he was much alive and kicking. During this time of period Red Arrow and Jack came to terms of working together since Jack accidentally showed off one of his abilities to create fire. He’d call himself Retribution because of his own morals. Though unlike Arrow, Jack has no intention of hiding his identity considering he’d has always kept to himself and hidden from public as much as possible. Having no families, actual friends, or even lovers, Jack seems well fit to take the opportunities awaiting him with this hero, and seeing where this path would lead him to next. It was time to make an appearance.

Kinetic energy alone is too broad remember to put a certain damage type (bludgeoning,Slashing, stabbing) place it in italics next to the power. Your absorption can enhance physical attributes, flight ,healing etc Imma need you to dumb that down and spread it out through the ranks. Example as it might empower your flames at C-rank, at B-rank speed and strength as well, at A rank healing etc.
