When you look at Remy, you'd think she was a complete badass....and thats the look that she was going for. Her tight high waist leather pants with tears on certain parts of he legs paired with a midriff revealing short tank top definitely gives her the look of someone that you just don't want to fuck with her. She has long black hair with parted bangs that cover up most of her forehead. Her nails are painted black to match the black lipstick she always has on. Her eyes are blue with her ever present cat eye make up to darken them up just a bit. Each hand is covered by black fingerless gloves with a simple design on the back. Covering all of this is a tattered red leather trench coat with a high neck that comes all the way up in the back to center of her head. And top all of that sexyness off....the shoes. Bright red wedges that only she could pull of the complete the look. She stands at 5'11 weighing in at just shy of 130lbs (128lbs to be exact) with most of her height coming from her long perfectly fit legs. She is in fantastic shape sporting a slim figure rather than a muscular one.

Personality:

Remy's primary mode of living is focused externally, in which she deals with things according to how she feels about them, or how they fit into her personal value system. Her secondary mode is internal, where she takes things in primarily via your intuition.

Remy is a people-focused individual. She lives in the world of people possibilities. More so than most, she has excellent people skills. She understands and cares about people, and has a special talent for bringing out the best in others. Her main interest in life is giving love, support, and a good time to other people. She is focused on understanding, supporting, and encouraging others. She makes things happen for people, and gets her best personal satisfaction from this.

Because her people skills are so extraordinary, she have the ability to make people do exactly what she want them to do. Remy can often get under people's skins and get the reactions that she is seeking. Her motives are usually unselfish, but she has been known to use her power over people to manipulate them, but generally for their own benefit. Her life on the streets are what really honed her skill in manipulation and taught her how to remain closed off from the world. Despite the fact that deep down she loves and cares about people, in order to survive she had to be able to hide this and come off much harder than she really is.

Because Remy is so externally focused, it's especially important for her to spend time alone. This can be difficult for her, because she has the tendency to be hard on herself and turn to dark thoughts when alone. Consequently, Remy often avoids being alone, and fills her life with activities involving other people. She tends to define her life's direction and priorities according to other people's needs, and may not be aware of own needs sometimes. It's natural to her personality that she will tend to place other people's needs above her own, but she is needs to learn how to stay aware of her own needs so that she doesn't sacrifice herself in her drive to help others.

Remy tends to be more reserved about exposing herself than other extroverted types. Although she has strongly-felt beliefs, she is likely to refrain from expressing them if doing so would interfere with bringing out the best in others. Because her strongest interest lies in being a catalyst of change in other people, she is likely to interact with others on their own level, in a chameleon-like manner, rather than as individuals. Which is not to say that Remy does not have opinions. Remy has definite values and opinions which she is able to express clearly and succinctly. These beliefs will be expressed as long as they're not too personal. Remy is in many ways expressive and open, but is more focused on being responsive and supportive of others. When faced with a conflict between a strongly-held value and serving another person's need, she is highly likely to value the other person's needs.

Remy often feels quite lonely even when surrounded by people. This feeling of loneliness may be exacerbated by the tendency to not reveal her true self.

People generally love Remy. She is fun to be with, and truly understands and loves people. She is typically very straight-forward and honest as long as it isn't something too personal. Remy exudes a lot of self-confidence, and has a great amount of ability to do many different things. She is bright, full of potential, energetic and fast-paced. She is usually good at anything which captures her interest.

Remy likes for things to be well-organized, and will work hard at maintaining structure and resolving ambiguity. She has a tendency to be fussy, especially with her home environments.

In the work place, Remy does well in positions where she deals with people. Her uncanny ability to understand people and say just what needs to be said to make them happy makes her a natural for counseling. She enjoys being the center of attention, and does very well in situations she they can inspire and lead others.

Remy however, does not like dealing with impersonal reasoning. She doesn't understand or appreciate its merit, and will be unhappy in situations where she is forced to deal with logic and facts without any connection to a human element. Living in the world of people possibilities, she enjoys her plans more than her own achievements. She gets excited about possibilities for the future, but can become easily bored and restless with the present.

Remy has a special gift with people, and is basically happy people when sje can use that gift to help others. She genuinely gets her best satisfaction from serving others. Her genuine interest in Humankind and her exceptional intuitive awareness of people makes her able to draw out even the most reserved individuals.

Remy has a strong need for close, intimate relationships, and will put forth a lot of effort in creating and maintaining these relationships. She's very loyal and trustworthy once involved in a relationship.

She can also use the beam to create a pathway of ice, allowing her to ski forward for transportation. The beams can be launched as beams of solid ice to strike an opponent akin to a spear(if sharp) or a hammer(if flat). The beams can be fired from one or both hands, her eyes, or her mouth and move at 67 mph at C-rank.

The Background

History:

Born to Matthew and Melissa Hadley in San Francisco California, Remy lived a sheltered life with her parents. Technically Remy is the second child of the two, but he older sister was killed when Remy was just a few months old after she had been hit by car while playing in the street. Because of this incident, her parents sheltered Remy and watched over her at all times and it is for this reason that she hates all forms of authority. She started elementary school just like any other kid, but was quickly pegged out as different when the other kids chose to play with legos she was reading by herself in the corner. At first she was a weak girl and cried often, but when her mother told her not to allow people to make fun of her for being different than everyone else, Remy began to see herself as someone special.

She moved on to middle school with the same attitude, but still made many friends. She continued reading at an astonishing pace and her teachers began to challenge her by giving harder and harder books to read. Her grades weren't the best as she devoted most of her time to her reading and because she hated the fact the school was so rule oriented. She felt as though she had no control of her life at school and he own schedule revolved around bells. It wasn't until she was thirteen that her mutant powers manifested. Unlike most mutants, her powers seemed to just appear one day. She had been reading an old book in her room when a strong gust of wind from the window blew the pages out of the book. Because she cared so much about books she was almost drawn to tears, but was surprised to find that the pages of the book remained floating in the air in her room. She had been thinking as hard as she could that the papers would stop from flying and away, and suddenly the had frozen in mid-air. and so her mutant power was born.

She told her parents about the power, not fearing that they would throw her out because they sided with mutants in the debates about them. She worried a little about whether or not they would change their mind about having a mutant daughter, but with Remy being their second chance at a daughter they accepted her without hesitation. She began reading a lot more fantasy books and taking ideas from them to experiment her powers with. She learned she could use the paper to cut and fly, and learned just how strong her power was. She hid the power from her friends however, afraid that they wouldn't accept her. Even with knowing about her powers she still couldn't control them fully. As she was nearing the end of 8th grade tragedy struck. A group of boys who had always given her trouble decided to mess with her one day at lunch.

She was sitting with her friends reading while they chatted about remedial topics. The boys walked up to her and snatched the book out of her hands calling her a few "choice" names. Not one to take crap from anyone anymore, she quickly got up and called them a few "choice" names as well. The boys surrounded her while her friends took off to go get an administrator. A few boys grabbed her arms while the other began carelessly ripping the pages from her book. Her eyes had opened in shock and her power took over for the first time. The pages that he had thrown around began flying in the air swirling around him like a tornado. The other boys let go of Remy and stared in awe at the site in front of them. The boy within the tornado was screaming his heart out and by the time one of his friends realized what was going on and punched Remy in the stomach, instantly stopping her control of the paper causing it all to fall to the ground. The damage to the boy that was in the tornado however was already done and he was cut all over from the edges of the papers.

Remy looked up to find a large crowd staring at her which included her friends and the administrators. In her temporary crazed state she hadn't realized a crowd had drawn. She didn't even really realize she had been using her power. "Your a mutant..." one of her friends said to her and from the tone in her voice it was obvious she was no longer accepted. She ran straight home that day and told her parents everything. It was then that her parents decided that they had to find a place in which their daughter would be safe and protected. They weren't planning on losing another daughter. That's when Remy decided that she had to leave home. Her parents would always worry about her and her powers so to rid them of that worry she ran way. From that point on she lived on her own and honed her powers to the best of her abilities so that she would be able to take care of herself and not have to have her parents worry about her.

For the powers, give a clear indication as to what the power can do at it's weakest to it's strongest. This will be important for the magic paper charms, as magic on here is usually a single school of magic, and not everything.

For your abilities, you get 1 free ability per power, meaning 1 of those have to be for the paper charms.

Paper Master Ability: This is a bit too strong for a blank tier 1. This looks like it has a few upgrades on it already, like durability for the steel and such. Just so you know, you don't need to go with durability, because Tiers do that for you. A Tier 2 weapon will beat your Tier 1 power, for example.

Paper Constructs Ability: Good Ability. If the constructs move, then they must stay within the range(think origami soldier that you control).

Flaw: The one that you need paper and can't generate it. The flaw must be moderately difficult to have around to activate your power, meaning you can't carry paper around with you. In fact, it's really easy to find paper around in the world. I would suggest changing the flaw, or perhaps putting a more difficult to find trigger onto your conditional power.

Gentle Touch Skill: This needs to be worded to fit the tier system. While touching paper, you may increase the "Durability" by a tier. This should be restricted to small amounts of paper relative to the power(touching a construct and the construct power is Tier 1, it should be a small shield, as an example.)

Edited with some overall changes to powers.

Also do I get the bonus 30 prestige for making a new character during this month? I saw a post about that.

And if it is ok I would like to make my weapons at a later time.

You do get the 30 prestige as of right now just edit in a size limit as to what you can sharpen and I need a clear example of how sharp it can get. This is a tier 1 ability.

Ice Tips - change it around so that the abilities...ignore stacked defences or something. I feel as far as skills go, this lacks the Universality needed.

Aside from that, everything looks fine.
