About Attributes, Attribute Powers, Speed and Lifting[WIP]

This is a run down about the age old problem in text based rp....Speed and Strength and all it's associates. Here we will tell you the base levels and the have and have not in the following areas. Hopefully this guide will outline all of the gray areas that many of you think about in terms of these areas. So without further adieu lets get started.


I see these percents but what is my base level Strength/Speed?
Everyone and I repeat EVERYONE starts at the same base level Strength and speed and must use the Tier/upgrade process to augment it from there. The only exceptions are those who choose to be weaker due to character reasons or who take a flaw that would affect this. So everyone starts off at human Olympic level base speed and Strength. The numbers below should suffice as guides to base levels.

Can run 200 m in 20 secs(10 secs every 100 m for you geniuses)
Can lift max of 400 pounds overhead with both hands. (300 lbs with ease, 350 lbs with a bit of a struggle, 400 lbs max out)

All Telekinetic, gravity, and other non specialized Force powers have a base strength of 100 lbs.

Specialized Force Powers such as magnetism or have a base strength of 200 lbs.  

***NOTE - Alright, when your power gets into a higher tier, whether that be physical strength boosting, or a power like Telekinesis, the base strength increases by 200 lbs(meaning a total of 700 lbs and 800 lbs respectively for Force type powers)

Do Strength and Speed upgrades stack?
Yes they certainly do



My character can lift 1000000000 lbs surely he does way more damage doesn't he?
Yes he does....At base level your character does moderate bashing damage. However as you grow stronger naturally the amount of damage you do becomes greater. Please see below for details;
These numbers do not include base level

1. 400lbs= All attacks where strength is applied now does heavy bashing damage.

2. 1,600lbs= All attacks where strength is applied now does heavy bashing damage.

3. 4,800 lbs= All attacks where strength is applied now does moderate trauma damage.

4. 14,400 lbs= All attacks where strength is applied now does heavy trauma damage.

5. 43,200 lbs= All attacks where strength is applied now does heavy trauma damage and heavy bashing damage.

6. 129,600 lbs and above= All attacks where strength is applied now does Fatal trauma damage.

Note: These also apply to telekinesis, gravity, magnetism and those similar.



Can super speed be applied to projectiles?
Yes, with a overall 70% decrease in speed. Yes this means it is subtracted from the grand total of your speed and may be applied to a projectile. You cannot apply it to other abilities however.



Do super speed and Strength need a cool down?
No, no physical attribute powers need a cool down. However, in exchange no physical attribute powers may have an Unlimited Ability.
