    Description:
    Seeing as his body posses no natural weapon of it's own, it must grow to ensure the continued survival of it's owner. As soon as the textural perceiving cortex notices a weapon that it classifies as 'piercing' it takes an immediate evolutionary response to deal with the threat. Knowing the having armour is it's preferred method of protection, it immediately hardens the armour in question, turning it into a white colour and loosing the horn that is ordinarily present, South's mouth detracts into his body, becoming a gaping maw with no visible eyes. This new form can take two hits from weapons and/or that might ordinarily puncture the rank that he has trained the ability to. The optimum method of combining this form as a weapon is with Reactive Adaptation: Blunt, allowing the cloth produced from that form to retain that hardness of RA: Piercing, allowing the cloth to cut up to the lowest rank of the two abilities.
    A topic by topic count must be involved and a written record of any piercing force impacts, all of which the collective experience adds up to. The first incident is no response to it. The second time, the change over occurs during the impact. The third occurrence demonstrates full change-over before the incident. By the forth incident, it can be done at will and reversed at will.

    Description:
    With this environmental change, it allows South to go swimming far deeper then he could normally. At first he must stay within the water for two posts, not moving at all. After the two post count is up, the changes are complete. South looses his legs, the two fusing into a tail with a flipper. In fact, the general appearance he takes is that of a Mer-man or Triton as some call them. The depth he can dive to at C-Rank is 150 ft, with an extra 20 ft added on per rank.




    Name: Probability Manipulation: Rabbit's Foot
    Rank: C-S[C]
    Power: Probability Manipulation
    Description: This effect allows South to manipulate probability around him in a specific area and direction. That is the future in particular, this allows South to increase the probability of any plan or strategy succeeding. The form this takes is to remove the passive bonuses that this ability can be applied to via the use of common sense. Skills or abilities that confer advantages such as 'stealth' are negated. The range of this negation is one rank below the highest trained rank of this ability.




    Name: Probability Manipulation: Hand-to-Hand
    Rank: C[C-S]
    Power: Probability Manipulation
    Description:
    Being slightly unprotected from the more harsher elements, whatever luck that South possess can be twisted to protect him from oncoming hand-to-hand strikes, or melee combat, whatever one might wish to call it, South can twist the probability of being struck by such blows so that he can avoid all, if not most of the punishment from these strikes. Depending on the rank of the ability or skill he is defending against when compared to his own rank is important. If the rank of the person or ability South is using this against is greater then the highest trained rank, it won't work against them.

Right off the bat at the first one i can say hell no.. this makes you immune to almost everything involving a pointy object ._.

Your second one is "Okay" just make sure you have some way to track you

For the first one edit in that higher ranked weapons break it, For example that maybe B ranked weapons take one hit, and A and S ranked weapons would ignore or something like that.

Second one, i mean as in clarify that you are trackable by some means, Maybe you smell funny or something lol

Thirdly, the fact that your manipulating someone decking you in the face is sheer OP but ima edit this anyway for you to use.. or until another mod says "hell no" at high ranks the punch/kick/whatever should still hit you, i know it says a small amount of the original force hits you but try to remember that a high ranked person is more skilled and the fact that this makes you near invulnerable to anyone trying to hit you.

The opposite also applies here, he can attack another groups Plan without expressly knowing what it is and reduce it's chance of success by 50%.

What tangible benefits does this give? 50% is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to steep at C-rank.

Usually the big thing with re-active adaptation is the body itself has to be exposed to the damage. Thats why it was allowed so loosely change that from visual to actually feeling it and you are approved.
