Senator Hines has revealed how mutants will be handled: Sentinels.
A rumor traveled the circles of the supernatural. Mutants heard a safe, underground railroad was being started, inquire at the Summit. The beyond sought the strange power said to rest at the Summit of New York City. The gossip flitted amongst the rest: valuable information was to come to light when dawn broke over the Summit.

| Usually I would just ask an admin through pm but this way seems more effective at the moment. http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Supernatural_ConditionThis was the power I was considering giving my character. Now this is the basic level, Basic Level (Example: Spider-Man): Strong enough to lift most automobiles, fast enough to outrun race-cars, durable enough to withstand bullets and grenades. Would my character start out this way or would he need to be considered more like this http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Enhanced_Condition?If I have to start with enhanced conditioning I don't mind but I would like to know if I could eventually upgrade it to the supernatural condition. | |

| Your character would start out with basic supernatural conditions, nothing the oh so mighty Spider-man or Sephiroth can do.. Yet. Example being you can move slightly faster or you are slightly stronger. But pleas note that you won't be as fast as someone with super speed as a main power or as strong as someone who has super strength as a main power.
