The beyond sought the strange power said to rest at the Summit of New York City. The gossip flitted amongst the rest: valuable information was to come to light when dawn broke over the Summit.

—Main Power: Technopath | This ability deals completely with the mental manipulation of technology, as its name literally suggests. This can either be control of electronic devices by directing specialized electronic pulses through the air or through contact. This can also be used to craft technology far beyond the scope of human capability through mental thought, as long as the materials are there. In other words, if all the parts to a rocket launcher are scattered on the ground in the same general area in no particular pattern or order, a Technopath can Technokinetically craft the weapon with thought alone. An advanced Technopath can do this technique to make futuristic devices and weaponry with minimal materials.

—Name: Mechanized Unit —Specialty: Techno Savvy —Rank: C —Description: ILLUMINATE 2 was created in the form of a massive mech, and always will be a mech as opposed to a human. This behemoth of machinery is fifty feet tall, and twenty five feet wide, similar in form to a humanoid. The majority of this mech is made out of titanium, including the solid foot-thick shell that covers most of the unit. The thing weighs 75.83 tons due to all the titanium. It's mind is completely computerized, while it uses motors and machines to move the mech similar to a human body. The senses of sight and hearing have been replicated for the machine, but not any of the others. It's power source is Palladium, an incredibly rare element with sheer limitless energy, allowing it to potentially last forever.
—Name: Internal Factory —Specialty: Techno Savvy —Rank: C —Description: ILLUMINATE 2's main function is the ability to be a Technopath. This coordinates well with that ability, as it has somewhat of a miniature factory within it where it can actually craft certain devices and weapons. Once they are made, the system within ILLUMINATE 2 can either embed it somewhere in the mech, or eject it out as a solitary device. The precision and quality of the devices made by this factory is hard to match. While running, black smoke ejects out of ILLUMINATE 2's back. This ability also improves ILLUMINATE 2's technology rank.
—Name: Technopathic Understanding —Specialty: Techno Savvy —Rank: C —Description: Through the use of electronic impulses, not only can ILLUMINATE 2 communicate with other electronic devices, but can near instantly explore and determine that device's details, uses, purposes, etc... completely. This understanding is one big step towards better utilizing Technopathic abilities on the device. This ability also improves ILLUMINATE 2's technology rank.
