Pierce the Un-pierceable - The device has a specific ability of getting a reading on even those who try to block its sensing potential. Blocking technology its rank and below will fail. Someone with a main power to block the scanning will be able to block it completely at the same rank or higher.

Is this for Jesteria or for the copy. Whats the radius on this also I would assume it's close proximity seeing as having these long range would have defeated the purpose of registration. Also what would be considered a main power that blocks this so I'll know who could legally be immune and who is stretching.

This is for main Jesteria. Also I was thinking from 25 - 50m I guess, since 100 is too far? Or I could turn it into shades like a sentinel scanner.
