The beyond sought the strange power said to rest at the Summit of New York City. The gossip flitted amongst the rest: valuable information was to come to light when dawn broke over the Summit.

    Name: Mind Probing
    Rank: C-S (currently C)
    Power: Psi-gamma
    Description:
    The signature quality of the usual telepath. Kyrie has the ability to sift through the thoughts of others, and as a result, can draw out information from living organisms.
    At C-rank, this ability allows her to sense the emotions (infatuation, aversion, distrust, discomfort, fear, etc.) of one person just by looking at them, as well as read unguarded simple thoughts. She can read the mind of another person more efficiently, but only through prolonged contact and serious concentration, and there is chance for the target to mentally resist, unless they are unconscious.
    At B-rank, she can sense emotions of people in a little group, as well as read their unguarded thoughts. It is much harder to resist her mind probing while she maintains contact, and she requires less time and concentration (she can talk with others while probing, for example).
    At A-rank, Kyrie can read emotions of a large crowd instinctively without thinking about it, and has the ability to probe minds thoroughly without contact, although she requires a little concentration to do so, and must be able to see the person physically.
    At S-rank, Kyrie can probe minds perfectly without any form of contact, and doesn't have to be able to physically see the person to do so. It is very difficult to resist her probing, and the target may even be unaware of her prying.





    Name: Psionic Spike
    Rank: C-S (currently C)
    Power: Psi-gamma
    Description: The standard Fortunian interrogation technique. The user creates a spike of pure psionic energy (that floats or can be wielded), which they thrust into the target’s body. The result is usually a numbness in that part of the body, and mental resistance is weakened, depending on how close the psionic spike hits to the head. A direct spike to the head will have varying results, depending on the target’s ability to resist telepathic attacks. This technique can be used as a purely offensive ability, to stun or incapacitate an opponent, and is usually used as a close-quarter-combat attack, controlled with the user’s mind (cannot go more than an arm’s length away from the user and moves as fast as a thrown pebble). Since the spikes are made purely of psionic energy, they are capable of bypassing armor, unless that armor is designed to resist telepathic attacks (like a brain box or something). Interestingly, the effect is only painful if the user wants it to be, and the effects wear out after the next post, unless the user continues to use the spikes on the victim.
    At C-rank, the user can create 2 spikes at a time. The spikes cause numbness and difficulty in moving the affected limbs, and a direct hit to the head will cause lethargy. NPCs at C-rank and below will pass out (if they have no means of defending against it). Against PCs, it only makes mind probing much easier (still causes the numbness, though), and C-rank psychic barriers and below are bypassed in one post. The spike has no effect on barriers above its rank, and is usually painless.
    At B-rank, the user can create 4 spikes at a time. The spikes cause paralysis in the affected limbs, and a direct hit to the head will put the target in a sort of trance-like state, though they are still cognizant of their surroundings. NPCs at B-rank and below will pass out (if they have no means of defending against it). Against PCs, it makes mind probing much easier (and causes paralysis), and B-rank psychic barriers and below are bypassed in one post. The spike has no effect on barriers above its rank, and may feel like a knife stab. It is incapable of killing, though it can knock out any PCs below the user’s rank.
    At A-rank, the user can create 6 spikes at a time. The spikes cause paralysis in the affected limbs as well as enervation (serious weakening and loss of energy), and a direct hit to the head will cause a knockout. NPCs at A-rank and below will pass out (if they have no means of defending against it). Against PCs, it makes mind probing much easier (plus paralysis and enervation), and A-rank psychic barriers and below are bypassed in one post. The spike has no effect on barriers above its rank, and is usually described as exceedingly painful. It is incapable of killing, but can knock out any PC below the user’s rank.
    At S-rank, the user can create 8 spikes at a time. The spikes cause paralysis in the whole body, if struck at a central point, and a direct hit to the head will cause a knockout... and beyond. NPCs at S-rank and below will pass out (if they have no means of defending against it). Against PCs, it makes mind probing easier (plus all paralysis effects), and S-rank psychic barriers and below are bypassed in one post. This one is capable of killing; it just depends on the user.





    Name: Flight
    Rank: C-S (currently C)
    Power: Psi-kappa
    Description: Using her psychokinetic powers, Kyrie can beat the laws of physics and levitate herself. This does not add her weight to the weight or number of objects she can carry with her mind, and she is capable of flying with whatever weight she can lift physically. Kyrie can fly at fast speeds, based on her rank.
    C - 150mph
    B - 300mph
    A - 600mph
    S - 1,200mph





    Name: Invulnerability
    Rank: C-S (currently C)
    Power: Psi-kappa
    Description: By manipulating the forces of attraction and repulsion around her body with her mind instinctively, Kyrie has developed a form of invulnerability to protect herself from physical attacks. While it can be voluntarily switched on and off, it is almost always active, just the way a human breathes almost involuntarily, but can affect their breathing at will. Her invulnerability is dependent on rank.
    C - Withstand moderate bludgeoning and melee
    B - Withstand Small arms fire
    A - Withstand larger caliber rounds and heavy bludgeoning damage
    S - Withstand energy blasts taking half damage




    Name: Scrying
    Rank: C-S (currently C)
    Power: Psi-gamma
    Description: Kyrie is capable of mentally locating a target remotely, without needing to know their location or whereabouts. She must, however, know what she is looking for. A simple picture of the target is sufficient.
    At C-rank, she can locate a target within the space of a city.
    At B-rank, she can locate a target within the space of a country.
    At A-rank, she can locate a target within the space of a large continent.
    At S-rank, she can locate anyone on the dimension in which she is. People in another dimension, or outer space are harder to find, and will take an extra post to do so.




    Name: Burst
    Rank: C-S (currently C)
    Power: Psi-kappa
    Description: Kyrie releases a shockwave of raw psionic power which produces a physical pressure on the environment. The shockwave goes out in a spherical pattern, with herself at the center, or she can channel it in a single direction, in which case it will travel twice the length of the radius of the shockwave when it is radial (such lengths are indicated in brackets after the shockwave radius length). Of course, channeling it in a single direction makes it easier to dodge. The air seems to distort where the shockwave goes.
    At C-rank, she creates a shockwave of 10 (20) meters in radius, which is capable of sending average humans flying and cracking bone.
    At B-rank, she creates a shockwave of 20 (40) meters in radius. This shockwave can crack strong walls and move cars.
    At A-rank, she creates a shockwave of 50 (100) meters in radius. This shockwave can cause buildings to collapse and dent reinforced steel.
    At S-rank, she creates a shockwave of 100 (200) meters in radius. This shockwave has the power to rip its way through a mountain, and few can stand in its path.

Hi, sorry for the delay. I have a few notes but thank you for well thought out and detailed abilities.

Mind Probing
This is two different powers and should be split. You can see another Telepath's "Mental Intrusion" here: http://marvelunlimited.forumotion.com/t1606-samael-complete . I suggest splitting it into mind reading and scrying.

Psonic Spike
Can you define enervation in your ability insofar as you mean it.

Flight
Approved.

Psionic Protection
Please note the effects based on differing ranks of attacks.

- split Mind Probing and Scrying into separate abilities
- changed Psionic Protection to the selfish invulnerability that some of us supers are capable of.
- Enervation simply means serious weakening and loss of energy (added it, for the sake of other viewers)
- added Burst.
