| IC Information: It's been a year. Alot has happened in this time. New heroes and villains were discovered, while others were utterly wiped out. The realization of supernatural people have been made aware to the general public. Their reciprocation to this discover is hostility towards those with powers. Good or Bad, the general public fear those that have power. Commonly mistaking them all as mutants, they are prejudice to these kinds of people, and thus do not understand them. Even the authorities, such as the police, find these "supernatural" people as ticking time bombs. They do not discriminate between heroes or villains. Instead, if they get the chance, they will attempt to "apprehend" any individual they may learn has a power. Government facilities, strangely similar to concentration camps, have sprouted across the globe for these supernatural individuals. These camps were built to experiment on supernatural kinds alike, and attempt to synthesize their powers. These facilities are inhumane, yet the government fully approves of their use. Many heroes and villains alike, have gone underground in hiding because of this. The government understands this, and has outsourced in hiring mercenaries to find these supers and to bring them into these concentration camps alive. No one is safe from the threat, as these "mutant hunters" have the means of locating those hiding within the populace. An all human group, taking the name of the new Sinister Six, is in head of the capturing of these "mutants" and locating them all. Current Season : Winter Date: Dec - 2013 Populace Rating on Supernaturals: Unfavourable. Authorities will attempt capture on sight. OoC: So a small year time skip has occurred. You can choose to update your app with any new appearance that may have happened in roughly a year and it will be approved immediately. This is by choice. It's Winter time aswell, meaning alot of topics may have the presence of snow, ice, frigid winds, etc. It's that time of the year. Now we have a solid time period, and also a solid standing on how the public views those with powers. Depending on the PCs actions in rp will determine if this social standing changes. So for example, if cities are destroyed, people are killed, and things are simply out of control. It will only get worst. However, if good things come from these supers, people will begin to respect those with abilities. Authorities may even begin to respect them, instead of shooting them down. The New Sinister Six - Yes they're back, but this time humans and machines are taking control of this group. Some members may be well known, while others are completely new. Unlike the previous sinister six, this group works for the government in assuring the "safety" of the common populace from threats such as mutants. Projectile Homing - User has the ability to make anything be it one object or many, follow and go to it's target by touching the object first. For example the User throws a knife at the target, even if the target dodges it or runs away from it, the knife will still follow the target till the target gets hit. This ability is useful for assassinations. This ability can also be useful for delivering or sending things or messages to another person. The homed items will lock on and stay a steady speed on the opponent for two posts straight. This can be used for any projectile the user makes contact with, or can see. The users glove inserts nanites into projectiles that allows it to be remote controlled by her suit alone. This allows her to send these projectiles towards a target with a simple touch.

Alice the Madness —Name: Vorpal Blade —Rank: B —Body Part: Left Arm —Power Source: Dementia Core —Description: A melee knife which deals quick slashes to the target in rapid succession. Piercing durable its rank and below, and causes those to be cut to suffer from the dementia core. Combat effectiveness is lowered by 10% each time the opponent is cut. Effects wear off after three posts but can stack if continuously cut.
—Name: Butterfly Step —Rank: B —Body Part: Chest —Power Source: Dementia Core —Description: The user can scatter into a flurry of blue butterflies for a short time, simply for quick dodges or to travel at long distances for a quick step. The butterfly swarm moves at fifty miles per hour and has a two post cool down after use.
—Name: Pepper Grinder —Rank: B —Body Part: Right Arm —Power Source: Dementia Core —Description: A long-range, machine gun-like weapon which sends a fast round of pepper corns straight at the target that releases a Dementia haze on contact that lowers combat efficiency by 10% for each time hit.
—Name: Clockwork Bomb —Rank: B —Body Part: Left Hip —Power Source: Dementia Core —Description: A bomb that is fired from the hit that resembles a miniature version of the mad hatter. Can be fired at thirty miles per hour and explodes on contact with obstructs. Explosion is the size of a regular frag grenade, with the same damage aswell.
—Name: The Umbrella —Rank: B —Body Part: Left Arm —Power Source: Dementia Core —Description: Alice's left arm can transform into an umbrella that is strictly used for defense. Can deflect same rank and below attacks back towards the sender at the same rate it was sent at the user. Can only handle three B rank attacks before breaking. Five C rank attacks before breaking.
—Name: Teapot Cannon —Rank: B —Body Part: Right Hip —Power Source: Dementia Core —Description: After whistling like a teapot, the user can fire what appears to be a cannon ball from their hip that travels at sixty miles per hour. Hits with the force of two thousand pounds when making contact with an obstruct or person.
—Name: Quite Thirsty! —Rank: B —Body Part: Eyes —Power Source: Dementia Core —Description: The robot can cry tears of a certain liquid that would seem to be attracted to its mouth. This appears to be a play on the drinking point Alice took to grow and shrink in size. The robot itself, can alter its size and can shrink down to three feet or grow to thirty feet after waiting a total of two posts before the transformation itself.
—Name: I must not be late! —Specialty: - —Rank: B —Description: The robot seems to always be in a hurry, almost as though she is late for something. This makes her move 20% faster than those her rank, simply to stay on time.
—Name: Welcome to Wonderland! —Specialty: - —Rank: B —Description: The opponents lose an extra 20% off combat efficiency if effected by the Dementia Core
—Name: Wonderland Defense —Specialty: —Rank: B —Description: The circuits running through the machine have been altered so much thanks to the dementia drive, that it doesn't even appear to have the needed parts to even operate. It seems to be an empty shell with just a power supply inside, which makes it difficult to hack seeing how there is no motherboard or processor to effect. It's suspected that this was caused by the odd occurances that can be related to the dementia core itself.
Personality - Deranged. Incoherent. Makes no sense.
- Saboteur - Rank C - Captured by Military in DC War:
The strange armored Saboteur is skilled in the art of war and combat, he has Peak Human Reflexes to which he can dodge bullets, catch flies in mid-air, dodge and maneuver around complex attacks, catch falling objects, block detriments, and react instantaneously to what others take more time to react to. When dodging bullets the user is actually dodging the aiming of the gun, and not the bullet itself. If the attack is point blank range, such as five feet away, and they don't dodge the aim fast enough, the bullet will still surely hit. martial arts from all over the world and even beyond, an art known as Teras kasi. Teras Kasi enabled a user to develop extreme speed, and an aptitude for anticipating strikes from watching the opponents body movement for some time (two posts). He also has Peak Human Agility and can go from one motion to another effortlessly. With this ability he can effectively dodge attacks, swing from things easily, sprint, do back-flips and numerous other gymnastic, athletic and martial implements with little effort. He carries dual laser guns that easily break C ranked durability and C ranked weapons, he also has a jetpack that allows him to fly at 50 mph with a single rocket attached on the back that explodes in a eight meter radius. The Saboteurs helmet can see in the dark clearly, and when in use the scanner will twirl to the back of his head being able to see both front and back sides of him leaving only his sides open for attack.

The woman that sees the truth. Quizzionair takes a drug that stimulates her mind and allows her to see the world as it truly is. This drug comes in a pill form and she keeps it hidden in the head of her staff, carrying five on every occasion. Once taking this pill, it sends her mind into a reality phase, gifting her with eyes that see the truth. Every five post a new pill must be taken. Personality - The Know it All. Though she knows almost everything, she speaks in what could be seen as rhymes, riddles, or annoying phrases.

One of the lookalikes Jesteria had made after the New Jersey bombing. This lookalike has taken things to an entirely new level, stealing the Jester's name and overall M.O. She has the Jester's skills, cheap copies of her gadgetry, and even her insane way of thinking.
Personality - A complete copy of Jesteria's own.
- Faceless - Rank A - M.I.A.:
The Originals -Over the long year of mutant attacks, the populace has taken matters into their own hands. A militia, that acts more as a cult, has formed in this long year. Taking the name of "The Originals", this militia works above the law. Unlike the authorities that have strict guidelines to follow, the militia does not. They answer only to one man. Their leader is unknown to the general populace, but it's safe to say there is a leader pulling the strings. They are too organized to be a random group of thugs with weapons. Either way, the people believe in this pro-human militia, and support them completely. If they have any connection to the government round up of mutants is currently unknown. Site Bounties - Think your character is the very best like no one ever was? Want to prove that? The best way to do that is to take down legends. These legends consist of player created characters from different sites that have crossed dimensions into our world. Oooh, spooky. If you have a character from another site you wish to bring over and turn into a site bounty, simply pm the details of the character, all their techniques, and they will be added to the list. Take note, these site bounties spawn randomly into topics. They are non hostile until someone attacks them. When that happens, prepare yourself for one hell of a fight. I recommend not tackling alone. Rewards for defeating these site bounties can range up to 200 prestige, depending on the danger rating. - Figure:

This area will be named City of Zeroes. This is a city built by the Originals to house potential and deadly threats to their operation. Instead of truly being a city, it is infact a city sized prison. It's safe to note that gang violence and the fight for control will be the main premise of this location. If you're a man or woman of strategy who wants to work their way up the food chain and become a kingpin for crime, this city will most likely be the place you want to be. Sinister Six Topic Tracker -This section will be specifically for tracking topics involved with the Sinister Six. Any topic with the Sinister Six can be intruded by a playable character if they have enough reason to be in that location at that specific time. This is obviously to avoid metagame. Of course there will be rewards for defeating the Six, but those will be revealed after the deed is done.
