A rumor traveled the circles of the supernatural. Mutants heard a safe, underground railroad was being started, inquire at the Summit. The beyond sought the strange power said to rest at the Summit of New York City. The gossip flitted amongst the rest: valuable information was to come to light when dawn broke over the Summit.

| Since the optic laser is smaller, I think it can be alittle faster than the cannon. Like make it around 70mph
For mod switch, make sure to mention you can't use anything else while mod switching
For Adoptive Muscle Memory, make sure what you recorded is gone at the end of the topic. No saving an continuously building up skills over time. ALSO what's the cap on the number of skills you can copy and hold at once?
Enhanced Marksmanship, how far away is his shot accurate?
For your hacking stuff, I'm real iffy on it effecting things a rank up. But since these devices are slightly more advanced I'll let it go through. However, if another mod has a problem they can come in and clean up. Maybe you should boost the post count from 3 to something abit higher? | |
