Immortal Demon Bridge [Sub Plot]

The demon's efforts for trying to destroy the one that was removing the oxygen didn't quite work, and he feared that he was going to fall right there, simply because he couldn't move his arms. He would want to start firing elemental blasts at the people, but it seemed that he was far too restricted. The explosions and the telekinetic crush would be a bit daunting, and Aidoneus, not risking his own death, would turn to ash, and retreat back into the gate(defeated).

Ragnarok, on the other hand, would simply ignore all of these things, the explosion passing through him, the lack of oxygen not effecting him, nor would any of the spikes. He was free, for the moment, however, to speak without having his lips barred by a fierce tug of his binding chain. He would look towards the Nameless one, and then ask him a question. "Do something about this chain, would you?"

Ragnarok had no intentions of attacking the group again, but it was simply a matter of time before Hades would grab the chain again. Ethereal beings could do nothing against the supernatural chain, but it had it's own durability that could be harmed by natural forces. The chain being destroyed would destroy Ragnarok's soul, but at least he wouldn't have to serve Hades anymore.

Hopefully the Nameless one and the other people who were attacking would realize that Ragnarok was now simply standing there, not hostile once Aidoneus retreated. Because he could simply allow the attacks to pass harmlessly through him again if they weren't.

He smiled as the Demon retreated and listened as the Dragon spoke using his telekinesis to sever the chain. Though he would be ready if the dragon played some trick but he was sure the chain was a binding of the dragons soul and it would be destroyed if the chain were severed. He would order Triad to go over to the spot Thanatos was residing and not budge he would then look at Thanatos and speak into his mind. "Kill him would you, Hades will probably be able to break my mind control over him and we don't wanna deal with him and the ruler of the Underworld at the same time. Don't worry he won't fight back. Nameless would now wait as the Gate opened he was sure Hades was next. The Dark Lord himself would was now near. How he awaited this moment.

Seems that his attacks had some form of effect, as the demon decided to retreat back into the bridge. Shrugging, he turned his focus to the dragon. Awkwardly enough the dragon continued to talk. However Thanatos wasn't sure how to break the chain, that and he was unsire how to damage this beast. Instead he would await the actions of another one of the group, possibly someone who could negate his ability to phase in and out of existence.

As the intense force of the telekinesis started on the chain, it began to crack, and with a final give, it broke off of the dragon's neck. A sigh of relief came over the dragon, as it started to fade away. Ragnarok looked at the people on the bridge, as it must have been quite an ordeal to come all the way there to fight demons, with a real possibility of dying, and yet he didn't see any fear on them. With a slight turn of his head and a small small, the dragon faded almost completely. "Thank You." could be heard, but only barely, and then finally, the dragon was gone. As for the bridge and Triad, however, it seemed that Hades was still active, and Triad wasn't dead yet, so the heroes might still have to face the power of Hell, but this was no longer Ragnarok's problem. Eternal sleep was his release, and he would actually enjoy dissolving into the universe.

Her demon minions had fallen, gate keepers were gone, so now nothing stood between these heroes and herself. Through the orb she was able to witness the destruction of her force. A thousand years it had taken her to conjure such strength. She would let these mortals stop her from succeeding. Teal eyes rose from the swirling orb to see a team of fools approaching her. Her right leg quivered restlessly and a frown was prominent on her face. Her free hand drummed on her knee. Her skeleton minions did nothing but aid the team. Fingers ceased, but an index tapped twice.

Once more the ground rumbled and shook to make way for fleshed beings this time. Ten zombies uprooted themselves from the ground, closer to the approaching men. These zombie would try to gang up on the group and force them to the ground with their decaying fingers. And while they waged war, Hades would rouse another group of minions.

"Coward...." Nameless said to himself as he mentally gave Triad instructions. Triad would float down to the bridge and lay his hands upon it and as the legions of Zombies and armored warriors would come forth on the narrow bridge they would find the material beneath them crumbling and collapsing beneath there feet. Nameless saw no wings and he was hoping none of them could fly but the break in the bridge should have dropped those who were summoned hundreds of feet and left a break in the bridge so those who would be newly summoned had no way of crossing. Nameless would then order the demon to stand still and Nameless would send a Dark force blast at his mental slave wiping him out of existence. He however could fly so he would easily hover over the gap in the bridge and proceed forward above anything remaining on the bridge until he could confront Hades.

Kaku nodded idly as his two partners dealt with the looming creatures, his own breath hissing out his he bided his time, evidently his initial attack doing little to no damage to the pedestrian demon, but the quadruped turned out to be more of a pussy then an actual reptile and was put down just the same.
Unfortunately for Kaku, it turned out that his role was once again up, as he caught sight of a possible propagator of their troubles, his blood boiled with anger (he hadn't had breakfast yet, and was rather hungry) at the woman, slumped over like some junkie riding a high on the streets.
Shrugging mentally, Kaku immediately launched himself into the fray, his form vanishing with typical speed as he planted both feet into rear of the last zombie's head, causing a domino falling pattern of sort's of it worked out fully before vanishing and reappearing...with both hands on the orb? With promptly turned intangible along with his body if it all worked out appropriately and he would vanish with it to reappear next to the group.
"Watch my mental status," Kaku mentioned to the Nameless one (who knew what sort of mind control trick she had stored in there?) Before resuming intangibility, and jumping again though space and time to plant the orb right within the head of Hades.

From the safety of her throne, Hades looked on at the came. The blond haired male had control of one of her strongest minions. Using Triads own power, this blond destroyed parts of the breath and the demon as well. Calculating eyes shifted to the agile mortal. This being was a physical one. He plowed through Hades' creation with an aggressive ease. When the boy disappeared in a puff of smoke, Hades' brows rose in interest. A teleporter. She would have to pay attention to this one.

After dealing with Hades' small fry, he made contact with his team members and then zipped and poof his way toward the Underworld God. He reached to Hades' glowering orb and disappeared once more. This orb reappeared through the skull of Hades'...and clanked as it tumbled and rolled to the floor. The mortal would see that the God was no longer solid, but a hollow shell of herself. Silly, silly fool.

A wall of blue flames manifested behind the throne and pushed its way forward. It swallowed up the mighty throne, Hades and whomever else stood in this fire's path. Hades suspected this being would probably teleport to safety. Ghouls howled as they roused from their slumber to close in on the team. If this teleporter used his power, then he would have to deal with the souls of the damned then.

With a pull of his telekinesis the chain that once stood around the Spirit Dragons neck would find it's way into Nameless's hand. The Large chain made to hold such a colossus as the dragon would be carried with the Devil known as Nameless as he entered Hades throne room. The quasi ethereal chain Would be shattered by the force of his telekinesis and compressed while Hades defended against the boy. Each link now separated and looked like dime sized coins after being separated to fill the room by the hundreds save 1 link that remained in his hand. As the fire rose behind the throne each link of his first volley of the chain would draw inwards towards Hades as if he/she were a magnet for it. Each coin would attempt to shoot through Hades like a speeding bullet. As the fire wall moved forward Nameless would use the shadows as a portal to teleport himself safely behind the walls reach as it pushed forward. There a second volley would be shot at Hades from all angles. "You shall pay....." would be the only words he would say as they were sent as Hades attempted to conjure souls and his/her attention was taken away.

Hades flinched when she felt a stabbing pain in her shoulder. Such feeling was impossible though because she was supposed to be untouchable. Another stab in her forearm. This second sting caught the woman's attention and caused her to looked out and around her. What she saw were hundreds of these twinkling beads rushing toward her. Hades took a deep intake of breath and when she exhaled a stream of freezing air spilled forth. These tiny orbs were halted in their advanced and fell to the floor.

She looked down at her affected limb which set her features into a deep frown before rising from her throne. She had been so busy with the teleporter, she overlooked his other team mates.

"Come forth, warrior! Or does fear grip you so intensely?" She asked with a sneer.

Hades raised her dainty fingers and gave them a snap and from the shadows appeared a mighty beast with three heads. Its mouth was slightly ajar and drool dripped from this snout. It took its place beside Hades. Three sets of noses whiffed the air before heads began to turn toward Legion. Cerberus growled.

As the blue fire swept over the throne, Kaku had already left, his form having vanished with the advent of the orb becoming solid once more. What he truly wished to see would be whether or not Hades would active attempt to continue her possession of it, in which case it became a matter of seeing whether it held any real significance for her. This significance could maninfest as increased power usage or something of the like. If she could tap into it remotely (assuming it had fringe benefits), in which case she could just leave it. Either way, there was no sure fire method for this particular scenario beyond picking up on any subtle clues she provided.

His current location was a little to the back of Nameless, his posture prepared to assist if required.

The chain link that Nameless had saved would be tied off around his hand using a piece of cloth from his undershirt that he tore. It was the only thing that seemed to have an effect on Hades in this form from his observation. He also noticed through observation that Hades used a wide variety of summons and elemental ranged powers. When the teleporter got close she went intangible suggesting she was not fit for close combat. She relied on her ranged powers and summons to keep enemies at bay and when they got close she was untouchable. Nameless could have been wrong but it was only one way to find out. Three disks would be tossed to the woman's right side and would explode at the edge of her peripheral vision in a array of colors. The other would be thrown to the left side of the beast doing the same to it. Nameless of course had his usual shades on and would rush in with blurring speed. A whopping right hand would be thrown at Hades chest his arm and hand transforming to that of a beast and telekinesis boasting the power of his punch.

"No, brave warrior? You do not wish to come forth?" Hades asked with arms raised. "You barge into my home, destroy my beloved followers and for what? To-"

Ears caught the sound of explosion. What followed that were bright lights. Hades took the bait. The same sound and lights came from the side of Cerberus, and that was when the God knew. Head snapped back around to see the blond human closing in. With his fist already within range, there was little time to react. Hades took a step back, breathed in and exhaled a stream for flames at her assailant.

Regardless of whether the fire would hit its mark, it was nothing more than a distraction. During this time, the female Hades would shift into her bulkier male self. Strong arms would manifest a fiery lance in both hands to hurl at the blond man.

She had indeed took the bate the disk was no ordinary disk and the colors were no ordinary assortment. When the disks exploded they took effect unless she had eye protection (which was not mentioned) the sparkling array of colors were a little experiment nameless worked on that would fixate her gaze. Nameless was travelling at 1,950 mph so all he needed was that split second. His reflexes were attuned to match and given the distraction before the woman could open her mouth or shift forms the assault of Nameless's full strength would have slammed into her chest.

The blond man's surprise punch sent the woman flying backwards. When she collided into a wall, a cloud of smoke manifested. That had certainly gotten Cerebus's attention then. The dog barked ferociously at the man before rushing toward him to wrap strong jaws around his frail form.

The smoke eventually cleared, with a downed Hades in his male form. He laid on his stomach unmoving. Pehrpas he underestimated these mortals?

Kaku frowned as he observed the Cerberus, his own thoughts on the creations existence less then complimentary. As it proceeded to charged forwards at the intertwined forms of the Nameless one and their foe, is form vanished from it's typical placement, this time hurtling forwards whereupon he materialised directly above the foremost head of the creature, and with a trio of fingers that darted forwards with little to no mercy, and the entire weight of the beast bearing down on them, a single fury infused orb of hate would likely explode to the tampering limbs. Kaku would only attempt to strike once, but the sheer pain that the act of destroying a crucial element to the sensory perception of the world would likely be enough to veer the beast off it's course, if it wasn't, then Kaku would attempt three more times in rapid succession, seeming to randomly target a different head rather then be predictable in his motions. Hopefully it would be enough to dissuade the beast from the collision course it had previously held, at the very least it would slow it's attack.

If the boys attempt failed or succeeded telekinesis would pick the demon up and throw the beast through the wall. He would then use his hands to slick back his hair before using the chain link to slit Hades throat via telekinesis while she was unconscious before removing the head entirely and tossing it over the bridge. He would then tilt his head to the boy and fly off. Hades was at a weakened state and he was not strong enough to go to the underworld and challenge them at their own turf so he would wait. He was not sure if this was Hades final death or if he would come back but for now Nameless would be ready. He absorbed the powers he needed from hell. It was time to reap the rewards.

Each hurried footstep seemed to elicit a rumble from the ground beneath him. Fire burned in three sets of eyes. But one set was extinguished when a heavy force plowed into him. The head crashed to the ground, causing a domino effect for the rest of the body. The other two heads yelped at the unconscious one because their body needed all the heads in order to function appropriately. Aggravated cried turned to surprise, when the hound was lifted from the ground and sent flying into a wall. Cerberus fell alongside his master, unconscious.

The blond one didn't stop there. He approached Hades, dislodged her head from the body and threw it over the bridge. The body twitched before stilling.
