HRA Plot guide

OOC: This is how this is going to go those that register will be placed on the SHIELD roster and receive 10 prestige every week the plot goes on. For every 2 supers of the resistance collared the weekly rate of prestige will get bumped up by 5. So after the first two collars(this includes kills also) the rate of prestige per week will go up to 15 if another 2 are done 20. For the resistance seeing as they are not government funded they will receive large amounts of Prestige based on captures. The scale is listed as follows C rank=30 prestige, B-rank=45 Prestige, A-rank=50 Prestige for kills or captures.

The person who can accomplish all of there respective plot tasks first receive the rare power. All heroes (this include elite humans) have 3(72 hours) days to register. Those who do not register within that time will be considered resistance. Those who sign up as being registered are are considered to have been auto collared temporarily (To stunt any powers) and their brain scanned during that time for all powers and abilities. They have also been implanted by a tracking chip that works anywhere in the world. If the chip goes offline or is found tampered with my the techs monitoring the person will be considered a resistance mole.
