The Daily Bugle

Senator Hines has revealed how mutants will be handled: Sentinels.

A rumor traveled the circles of the supernatural. Mutants heard a safe, underground railroad was being started, inquire at the Summit. The beyond sought the strange power said to rest at the Summit of New York City. The gossip flitted amongst the rest: valuable information was to come to light when dawn broke over the Summit.

The Monarch

The Monarch: Tûr Wilwaren 1e9c0310

I will negate all existence and I shall create a new one with my power.

The Biography

Birth Name:Tûr Wilwaren (Toor Will-wahr-in)
Aliases:The Monarch
Gender:Currently Female
Age:Incalculable
Birth Date:Unknown
Class:Otherworldly

Appearance & Physiology:Due to the fact that the Monarch was reincarnated as an elf it took on the physical features of the elegant humanoid race. Superficially, Elves appear very similar to humans, though they are generally taller and slimmer, with sharp features and pointed ears. They are long-lived by human standards, and most will live more than a thousand years unless they die from accident or disease. Elves also have much faster metabolic rates than humans, and their cardiac and neurological systems are more advanced. These traits manifest in their vastly heightened reactions and agility compared to humans. To them, especially the Monarch, humans seem to move in slow motion with a certain degree of awkwardness, while to humans the Elves can move with distracting grace and can be blindingly fast in combat.

The Monarch passes as particularly attractive to humans, having the distinctive slender physique, vulpine facial features and arresting crimson eyes. Her ears are formed to a point and are adorned with several earrings and loops, typical of Elvish nobility. Even amongst elf standards she is incredibly beautiful and her glistening raven black hair is said to have inspired many poets of her time. She has a feminine figure, blessed with assets that human women would die for and a voice that sounds like the morning songs of the rarest birds.

Personality:The Monarch has been described as a malevolent being from many generations into the modern era; filled with suppressed anger and hate. On the surface, the Monarch is a cold, and calculating individual, bordering on psychotic, one who is capable of committing crimes and massacres that no normal human could handle and she seemingly enjoys it. Through years of meditation and a naturally detached nature, she lives in a state of pure and constant peace. Peaceful however, does not mean kind or happy. She is still driven to conquer, kill and destroy. She is NOT sadistic however, and won't kill without purpose... but won't lose any sleep over genocide if it furthers her goals. She approaches those around her in an aloof manner, giving off an air of importance around herself, even going to the point of seeming nonchalant in the face of danger. Because of her otherworldly views, the Monarch sees humanity as a sort of virus, something that is killing the planet and those that live within it, and should be purged or controlled.

Although she is relatively composed the majority of the time when her insanity slips it shows her true self. She is highly narcissistic, extremely flamboyant and tends to make lewd, disturbing comments about her opponents. She thinks poorly of anyone without power equal to or beyond her own and will more often than not not bother with those under her. She often boasts that she is a "perfect being," since she is capable of reincarnating herself in another body, and thus, views herself as immortal.

The Capability

Rank:C

Specialties:

    Main Specialty:Projection
    Sub Specialty:Physical Prowess

Powers:

Main Power:Primal Elf Physiology - Primal Elves are very close to Fae, many of them powerful enough that they were considered gods (Vanir of Norse Deity Physiology, Tuatha Dé Danann of Celtic Deity Physiology) in earlier times. They differ from lesser elves with the more acute focus on magic and their supernatural powers, exceeding the mere, yet impressive, physical qualities of normal elves.
Main Power:Summoning - High level summoners call forth powerful beings or "familiar spirits" and often require strong mystic connections to where these entities reside. She has the power to create mythical guardians that may be physical or purely spiritual. Guardians appearance vary greatly from humanoid, to animal or even gargantuan monstrosities. In the case of the Monarch she has several supernatural ties to otherworldly creatures not seen on earth.

    Rank:C+
    Power:Primal Elf Physiology
Description:The Monarch can rapidly heal from minor to serious ills when focusing, absorbing energy from the nearby area. The strength of her nerve regeneration is dependant on her level.

S - Anything but lethal wounds

    Name:Summon - Incendiary Butterflies
    Rank:C+

Description:The Monarch's signature summon and what many believe to be her familiar. The Monarch can summon flaming butterfly creatures that behave similarly to the real world counterparts, they flutter and are extremely lightweight, the main difference is that they are completely comprised of fire and emit a low heat signature. These butterflies are incendiary and are extremely dangerous when in groups; they explode in flames once landing on something or if the Monarch simply wills them to, the blast radius of their explosion being 5 meters. The power of their fiery explosions is relative to the Monarch's level. Due to their relative size and overall frailty these summons cane be created in much larger groups compared to her other creatures. 1 post summon equals 1 post cool down.
    C level = 10 Butterflies
    B level = 20 Butterflies

The Background

History:Tûr Wilwaren was an energy-based being on a highly advanced, peaceful planet... that is, until it turned 6. Not so peaceful after that. By age 17 the being had enslaved its entire race, and every other sentient life on that planet along with it. The being didn't pause for a second. It wasn't that the being wasn't content ruling the planet. No, things were as it should be, But there were other planets, other worlds. The ideal state of all existence was to be ruled by it, or so the being believed. Over the course of the next 3 billion years, the being had enslaved its entire universe, and had begun conquest into alternate time lines, other dimensions. The Being had mastered mythological technology to it's highest degree, as well as all forms of magic and power. Finally, after countless trillions of years, and defeating all of realities Gods, Devils, heroes and villains, the being stood on the precipice of owning all realities.

By centralizing the various planes of existence into a finite loop of time, the infinite nature of existence would be trivialized and contained. All that was left was to freeze time, and leave reality suspended with the being in charge. After that, the being could create a new existence, build all planes of reality in her own image. However, such a thing was not meant to be. A renegade group of infinite entities, elder Gods, and beings of nigh omnipotence banned together and cast its bare essence out into an empty dimension they created to battle it. Even though the being was transferred with only a fraction of its power, it was a formidable opponent, taking the resistance hundreds of years to fully defeat. Unable to fully erase it, they decided that, along with resetting existence, they would both eliminate the Monarch as a threat, as well as give it a chance at redemption. Thus the being was reincarnated as a humble, powerless elf. Its mind now restricted by Elven limitations and the temptation of power gone, the being formerly known as the Monarch now had a chance to lead a new life and redeem her past transgressions.

Unfortunately, conquest appears to be inseparably entwined within the newly reincarnated tyrant. She lied, back-stabbed, hired, eliminated and dealt her way into nobility. Raised in an orphanage and starting with nothing, Tûr Wilwaren has created a long fictitious family history and over the course of her life has become one of the Elf's most successful nobles. She is a leading expert in multiple fields, including but not limited to: Magic, Archery and swordsmanship, music, and most importantly, summoning. Despite various accusations of her involvement in the mythical underworld, the Elves have been willing to look the other way in the case of it's favourite daughter. So far, she has yet to make any aggressive moves towards seizing control of this world, but she has built up an impressive private empire, filled with hundreds of creatures and several of the most brilliant abilities an elf could possess.

The time will soon upon us when the Monarch takes. Takes what, one might ask? Just...take. Although she remembers slivers of her past life, she has always felt a sense that she was more than she appeared to be. In order to solve this mystery, the Monarch has spent hundreds of years researching the stars and black magic and immortality, among other things. She may have been stripped of her once divine power, but it might just be the case that Tûr Wilwaren or the Monarch may just be destined to rule.

—Name:Supernatural nerve regeneration
—Rank:C+
—Power:Primal Elf Physiology
—Description:this ability allows the Monarch to regenerate her nerves (which usually are incapable of regeneration) and to return them back to their original state after harm. For example she could be stabbed with a knife, and would only feel it for about a second before the nerves in the wound recovered from the sensation of pain. She could also use this ability to resist being stunned, going unconscious, going into shock from intense pain or permanently losing sensation in any part of the body. The strength of her nerve regeneration is dependant on her level.
C - Light Wounds
B - Bruises and Internal Injury
A - Large gashes
S - Anything but lethal wounds

This regeneration seems abit too advanced for a branch level regeneration, and also seems like spontaneous generation [like wolverine and deadpool] which would be under restricted. Your regeneration would need to be forced through thought and time.

Also for the summoning power, is there a guideline on what you can summon exactly? So it isn't just anything the mind can muster? Like is there some kind of guide on the creatures you could summon?

I'm just giving a general look on this, since I'm not familiar with this whole elves and stuff thing like Nameless.
