The Rubber meets the Hare [Training Flash and Kana]

Tara sat at the kitchen table with her elbows on the wooden top, propping up her head. Her chin sat in the palms of her hands, as her eyes were narrowed and staring at something on the table. What she was looking at? It was a turtle. Tara, wearing a black shirt with a purple and black striped skirt, would also be wearing high black and purple skirts that lead down to high collared converse. Her finger nails and lips would also be painted black, as long as her eye shadow. This gothic style of hers was weird, as she could easily be compared to a lolita with alittle bit more work put into her outfits. The turtle would be staring back at the blonde with a plain face, and Tara would sit there doing the same. "I think I'll call you speedy." The speedster said in a dull tone, as the turtle simply stared up towards her, and then began to slowly walk towards the edge of the table. Sighing, Tara would look up towards the clock in the room. "May should have been back some time ago. I swear to god, if she's out doing her wanna be super hero crap..I'm so telling mom." The blonde tapped the table for a few seconds, as the turtle suddenly stopped moving and curled into its shell. Standing up, Tara would head towards the front door while grabbing her bag that held her costume. "She's so dead when I find her."

Meanwhile, May would be riding on the back of the rubber girl, leading her home. Her hands would be holding onto the woman's breast as handles not to fall off while she moved. "Gosh this is so not fair. Like what the fuck! When did you grow these two melons?" May cursed in the woman's ear, as she tilted her head towards her home. "Go there! That's where I live." It was dark out and the Neighborhood was dimly lit by street lamps. By the time they would be showing up, the blonde haired woman, known as Tara Macreedy Strong, would be walking out the front door with her bag over her right shoulder.

So yes, Kana was running to the random child's house that she met on a rooftop. The more she thought about it, the more she thought it was a bad idea. The more and more she considered the thought of dropping the kid off on a random corner. Dropping it off and waiting for it to bother somebody else. It was a demon! It had to of been! Seriously, Kana was carrying a 13 year old child across from Oakland to her home in San Fran. Kana was walking, no car, AC Transit or, Bart. She should of caught the Bart or Ac transit, but she was too impaitent to wait for them to come. She had pretty much had the schdules remembered and burned into her head. Of course, they were mostly approxmiations of what time they would come. But, they were still pretty accurate and what not. She regretted not just sitting down and waiting for the different forms of commutes. It woulda been a hella lot easier than walking everywhere. Kana had to walk all the way from High street, Oakland to Clay Street San Francisco. It was a horrid run, when she had to keep on, pushing the child's hands to her shoulder off of her breasts. Seriously, what was wrong with this child? She had a strange addiction to Kana's breast. Yes, they were nice breasts... Hell, they weren't even the biggest Kana had ever seen. Of course, there was other ways to get to San Francisco to Oakland, but using the bridge was more convenient. She crossed the bridge with the perverted kid on her back, the bridge was quite marvelous. Not as marvelous as the golden gate bridge though. This one was however double decked, the bottom deck was reserved for cars and tankers. Anyway, she had now crossed the bay bridge. She quickly traveled to clay street after crossing the bridge.It was starting to get dark, real dark. It was probably about Eight O' clock at that time. It took Kana about two hours to reach the house from her old location in oakland.  Now, she arrived at the house of Mayday. "This is it right?" Kana said, while removing mayday from her back. Kana looked like she just had a 20 mile run. She had beams of sweat running down her face. She was wearing a black tee that said "THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID" in all capital letters, in white bold letters. It was wrote in some form of fancy smancy caligraphy. It was a funny quoye with some pretty bad ass writting style on it. Along with a pair of black jeans. Oh so how she hated the black jeans right now. She wore an all black hoodie over the That's What she said shirt, the type of hoodie most 'mobsters' wore during drug trade offs. You know those hoodies with the black little pouch thingy, just that one huge pocket. Yeah that one, you know it.

Mayday was rather upset that the woman moved her hands off her breast during the trip back home, but she'd let her slide with it for now. This was a free ride, and this woman was now her yoshi. As they finally pulled up to the door, May would give one more quick forcefully squeeze of the woman's breasts before jumping down from her back. "Awesome ride, Yoshi. What do dinosaurs eat again? No questions asked!" May looked towards her sister and took off her mask. "Awww, Tara come on! I brought you a new friend, like what the fuck! I see how upset you are ever since Kira..died..I did this to help you out. This is bullshit! I even groped her to see if she was the right size for you!" May cursed under her breath and stomped her feet as she made her way into the house. Once she passed Tara, she stuck her tongue out towards her and flicked her off. "She even has an ability too. I did all that hard work for nothing!" May slammed the door behind her, and was now in the house.

Tara would place her hands up to her mouth to yell at the girl in the house. "You really need to get a new personality, cause the one you have now sucks! And don't forget to feed my turtle while I am out!" There was silence for a few seconds before Tara turned to look at the younger woman. Behind her, the window would open on the second floor of the house. "Shut up! That's why I told her about how you vibrated your fingers and touched yourself that night! Suck it bitch!" She slammed the window and Tara turned back with her face flushed red. Turning back towards the guest, she would cup the back of her neck and tilt her head to the side. "Kids these days..Haha..Hah..Active..uh..Imaginations..!" The woman would begin to think to herself inside of her head. "That little brat is so dead. And what kind of creep eavesdrops on private hour like that anyway? Man she's a little creep. I wonder which personality made her do that? Totally wasn't mine..Nope..No way.." Thanks for bringing my sister home, I understand she can be a major pain. So umm..what's your name? And you have an..ability?"

When she let the girl off of her back, Kana stood up straight and put both of her hands on her lower back and leaned backwards. Getting forcefully groped once more"Yoshis ate enemies and fruit." Kana said while yawning slightly, wiping more sweat off of her brow.   Seeing the one who would be described in Kana's mind as 'Concerned older Sister' Yell at May, that's what she was named as by the older sister, who seemed to have a power of vibration. "To be rubber? That sounds..umm..Stretchy?" The blonde tapped her chin while tilting her head to the side. "So you're basically like that stretch armstrong action figure that came out a long time ago? But like, I'm sure you're more durable than that. Tara's ears would twitch at the woman's next set of words, and this would soon follow with an eye twitch. "She said..WHAT?! That's not true! Don't believe her..God I swear..Her imagination is way too broad." Tara dashed into the house leaving a golden streak in her wake before running back out, dressed in her Miss Flash outfit. Luckily the streets were empty, and the neighbors were out. Lucky her. Dashing infront of the woman, she'd place a hand on Kana's right forearm. "Look, I'm not a fan of showcasing my abilities in public with the chance that someone might see. So if you want to continue to talk, come with me. We can hang out. Chill. Watch the stars. It'll be totally crash!.." The blonde's eye would twitch again. That stupid kid got that word stuck in her head. "Whatever, anyway you can even buy me lunch once it's all over. Let's flash!" Dashing off with the woman in her arms, Miss Flash would be sure to surround her in the speedster aura so she wouldn't be harmed by the intense friction and g force that came with moving insanely fast. The two would be moving about four hundred miles an hour across California. After what seemed like several minutes of running, the two would finally come to a stop in an barren area. There was nothing but rocks, boulders, dust, and dirt around them. Above them was a clear blue sky with stars and the bright moon shining down. Tara would let go of the woman and pat herself down. "Sorry for kidnapping you kid. What was your name again? Kir-..Kana?" The masked woman would let a slight grunt escape her lips before shaking her head. "Not Kira. Kana. Come on, Flash, keep your head in the game." Giving a lock of her golden hair a slight tug, Tara would look towards the rubber girl. "When did you discover your abilities? Are you a mutant?" The speedster had many questions, and the moment the word mutant left her lips she disappeared in a dash and return within the same second with a bag of chips in her hand. Shovelling the chips into her mouth, she'd munch on them while awaiting some answers. It hadn't occurred to Tara that she practically just kidnapped this teenager and drug her out into the middle of nowhere on a whim. No, the speedster sat on a small boulder and ate chips like it was story time. "Don't spare the details either. I want all the information. I've been noticing a surplus of super weirdos around California these days.." Miss Flash turned the bag up to dump the rest of the chips in her mouth. Chewing with a full mouth, she'd mumble the next words through the crumbs. "-Munch-No offense.-munch-"

"Yeah, but I'm like 20X more awesome than it. Seriously? You saw that.. Sounds painful, for the toy at least." She turned her head to the side..  Seeing the woman twitch and deny what her sister said about her masturbaiting with vibrating fingers.  They obviously shared rooms, and the other woman's body betrayed her. When the woman turned that bright shade of red, it gave her all the evidence Kana needed to prove fact from fiction. Seeing the woman disappear in a flash, running there then back... She was in some kind of superhero get up, seriously what was up with this family and super heroes? What's next? The mom's a super hero, The DAD is a superhero.... The brother is a superhero. (You wouldn't know how close she hit the mark on that one.) The two sisters were super heroes. Jesus Christo. California needs to share it's large supply of super heroes with the rest of the world. That's the answer, No one could have vibrating fingers as their only super ability. Right? That would be pretty odd if that was someone's power. To vibrate the fingers. That would be a awesome power for masturbation.  Anyway! Back to reality.  "Sure, Tara... Sounds pretty Koo,the stars are pretty Koo at this time of night. Yaaa da da mean! And, what is Crash anyway, doesn't sound like any slang I've heard out here—WOUUUAAAAGGAAHHHH!" Kana yelled, as her cheeks flapped and flew backwards along with her limbs that flung randomly around, flailing the ground. Her body was stretching like crazy when she was being carried in those speeds. They were flapping, slapping the ground. Her entire body was flapping around, and flailing around on the ground. Somehow it didn't hinder Flash during the super high speed run. When Tara stopped, all of Kana's limbs would be returned back to normal. There was nothing but rocks, boulders, dust, and dirt around them. Above them was a clear blue sky with stars and the bright moon shining down. "Where are we? Yeah, it's Kana not 'Kir-Kana' " Kana said, looking around studying the karea around them. Bringing her arm back, she snapped it forward. Stretching her arm and hand to grab a shovel full of chips from the big huge bag of chips. Kana, started to eat the chips as well, eating them from her enlarged hand. Using her left hand to grab handfulls and stuff them in her mouth. What ever flavor these chips were, they were pretty damn delicious. This Tara girl or what ever her name wa had a pretty kicking' taste in food, it was like god himself handcrafted these chips in his design. My god, she needed more of these chips. She, could live off of these chips, they could be the only life substance she needed to live her life. "Well, I never really discover them, as much as they were forcefully implanted. I'm not a mutant, I'm just a normal human who had their genetic make up edited to be akin to a Mutant." Kana said while eating more chips from her enlarged hand. She asked for the whole story, no details excluded. As she dumped the rest of the bag in her mouth. 

-Flashback-

It's been four years since  father was experimented on with something called the X-gene, the gene that caused the arrival of powers in mutants. It was specially mutated to give a certain type of ability. To, give the traits of rubber, for multiple benefits and what not. It would only be the starting point for specific powers to be given to other humans. It was supposed to be quick and sufficient. But, nope. The body kicked the mutation out. The molecules in the body sped up. Faster and faster, until the point combustion occurred. He spontaneously combusted right there. He exploded, destroying the small enclosed room he was in. Guts, organs were no where to be found. They all disappeared with the spontaneous combustion that followed.  The experiment was a failure, back to the drawing board for them. They acted like his life had no meaning, that he was a simple test subject for them to experiment on. They recreated the mutation gene and injected it into multiple people. Some freezing, because the molecules in the body ceased to move and no energy was in them turning it to freezing colds. They recreated it each time they failed, varying results yieled. They played god with their hands, and a gene they cloned from a mutant. Others were turned into vegetables, or piles of smoldering gloop. After 3 years of doing that. That had one last experiment they had funding for. If this failed they would have no further funding to do these experiments on. They chose me, daughter of the first experiment they had tested on. They recreated it one last time, and used a extremely mutated version of the X-gene they dubbed the S-gene. They prayed that it would work, not for my safety. So they can earn money and fame for publicizing the experiment. And.... It worked.

-End Flashback-

Kana explained her story to Flash in great detail. "And that's how I got my powers. " She started to lay down on her back leaning on a rock, staring up at the starry night sky. "Where are we anyway? I just remember you picking me up and me flailing around in your arms as we went through some kind of tunnel or something." Kana said, not being a experienced speedster she suffered tunnel vision from moving that fast. Those were godly speeds they were moving at earlier. It was quite a trip. "And, what's your story? I've told you mind, it's only fair you tell me yours." She said, while eating more of the chips she had in her enlarged hand. "Also, what flavor chips are these? They're really good."

Each time the rubber woman tried to take some of her chips, Tara would tap her hand away. There was one thing Tara didn't share, and that was the loves of her life. Food was one of these loves. On of these true loves she cared so much about. Without food, her power would kill her. She burned so many calories every time she used them. The saying "A girl's got to eat" totally was referring to her. And as she finally shoveled down the rest of the chips, and listened to the woman's story, Tara would blink a number of times. These experiments sounded oddly familiar. The same experiments her father was performing on mutants to help her, in her time of need. Was there a connection between the two? The more Flash thought about it, the more uncomfortable she got. This showed, as she pulled her knees into her chest, and let out a feint moan. "We're uhh..In the middle of nowhere I guess." The young woman spoke with a nonchalant tone, as her keen green eyes would shift to their corners. When the woman asked for her story, Tara simply looked into the empty bag of chips, as if she were trying to avoid something. "My life isn't worth mentioning. I'm sorry. A-Anyway..!" Miss Flash would push herself up to her feet and off the boulder. Dropping the chip bag, she would begin to stretch her legs and jog in place. "Forget about all this, I brought you out here because I wanted to see some cool things rubber could do! Originally I was gonna ask a million questions, like if you feel and taste like rubber, but I think visual examples would be way more coolsuff than explanation!" Zipping pass the rubber female in a blink of an eye, Miss Flash would be standing behind her, looking over her shoulder towards her left arm. "How far can you stretch? How fast can you stretch? Can you change shape too, like Madam Rouge?" Miss Flash would tap her chin a few times before vanishing, and leaving a gust of wind in her wake. She'd reappear fifteen meters infront of the woman, tugging a strand of her golden hued hair. "Hey Hey, have you ever tried to like..Run super fast? Or like, make yourself into a human rubberband and fling yourself like ZOOOOOOM!" Miss Flash extended a hand outward as if she was doing a superman flying pose. "It'd be pretty..flexible..ability too. Zing!" The blonde speedster would laugh at her own stupid joke while smacking a knee. "Oh and word of advice, I wouldn't use your powers out in open public. People with abilities aren't really looked at as good people. They'd mis-label you as a mutant and try to strap a collar on your or something. People fear what they don't understand, and we're totally something they don't understand."

She appeared to be troubled, when Kana asked her to share he story. Kana, thought it was best not to press on the matters. Kana was a little mad that she was so stingy with the chips, this other woman was fat. Fat not in being fat, fat as in eating a lot. It should be a miracle that she stayed as skinny as the woman was— who was Kana to talk though, whenever she entered her Gear Second form she would eat a whole cow, literally. She was looking extremely uncomfortable as Kana told her story, did it disturb her? Kana thought, about how the other woman was thinking and feeling earlier.  So she had no idea where they were at either.... Great, how would they get back? It seemed like they were far far away from her home. How would Kana get back? Did the other woman even remember how she got here? Whatever it was, they would have to cross that bridge when they get there. The thought still worried Kana a little bit. Tara then started to stretch and whatever, then she started to speak about. How she wanted to see what rubber could do. And if she felt or tasted like rubber. Kana brought her hand up to her lips and licked it ever so gently. Doesn't taste like rubber, tastes like normal human skin. She rubbed the two of her hands together, they didn't feel like rubber.  So no, she didn't taste nor feel like rubber.  " I can stretch out about 150 feet and at a rate of 40 feet a second. So, fairly fast. Change shape? I never really tried that... And who's Madam Rouge?" Kana said, not having any comic book knowledge at all.  Kana punched her arm forward stretching it 20 feet forward in half of a second. Then snapped it back in the other half.  She nervously laughed at Tara's corny joke, it didn't seem or sound like a joke. But, Tara was laughing like it was. "That's true. I have been called a 'Mutant' on numerous occasions.  Even when I was trying to do something good. Ya'know, I never really tried flinging myself like a rubber band to travel faster."

"Wow if you haven't flung yourself like a rubber band, then you haven't lived life!" Miss Flash extended her arms outward and flailed them like a child at the though. "Oh Oh! And if you're worried about people hunting you down because of your abilities, you should recommend getting a costume! Oh Oh! I think I got something for you. It's rather..dashing!" Once again the girl snickered at her own joke as she dashed off and reappeared in a blink of an eye. In her hand was a brown bag. Tara stood infront of the rubber girl, and dug through the bag to remove her first costume. The original Ms. Flash outfit. This was the one she started her heroics in, so handing it to this basic stranger was a big move. "This is dry clean only! You try anything else and it's gonna shrink on you. Trust me, it used to be much bigger than that when I first got it." Tara gave a nod, forcing the costume into the woman's hands. She had alot of history with that outfit, seeing how she got it from her father's workshop. Giving it to someone else was a very very big move through her eyes. Hopefully she didn't regret it in the near future. "I know it's kinda flashy, but it serves its purpose. With your powers, it'll probably fit you snug on a rug. It'll be totally coolsef, ya know?"

Kana shrugged, "I'll try it one day! Hopefully..." She looked over towards the other woman who was flailing her arms around like a child. Kana giggled a little bit, then the other woman began to talk about getting a costume. Why didn't Kana think of that already? She facepalmed at her fault of not already getting a supa hero costume. She was already attempting to hide her idenitity by wearing a long cloak that slightly made her look like the red riding hood. The woman known as Tara was going threw her bag to get another suit like the one she on currently. It must've had a lot of value to her, she couldn't of been offering it to her. Could she? "Y-Y-You can't! It's too soon, we've just met. I'm sure it has a lot of value to you." Tears welled up slightly in Kana's eyes. How could she put so much trust into someone she had just met today. Kana took it, and she held it in her arms. "Thank you very much... I'm not sure how I can ever pay you back for this. This has to of have some kind of symbolic meaning to you." 

"It's okay! It's totally okay. You're probably look better in it than I did!" Flash fave a nod before walking up to grasp her hand. "Well that's enough for today. I'll take you home..but first lets go get something to eat. I've starving." The blonde rubbed her stomach that let out a feint growl. And in that moment, she'd wrap and arm around the girl's waist and take off into a dash heading back home. Once Tara dropped her off, she would make a B-line away from California. There was somewhere she needed to go, and she couldn't risk anyone following her. Hitting the beaches, she would be on her way towards the shores with no attempt to look back. I mean why should she? Not like many people could keep up with her, when she was running cross country. She was the fastest woman alive. Atleast, that's what people believed. But there was one who was faster than her. The one she had been leeching off the entire time for speed, and the one she was going to keep leeching off of till the end of time if she had the chance too. "The sooner I get back to the base, the sooner I can recharge the batteries and head back. As long as I'm out, I might aswell go pick up some snackage. Though..I'm starting to wonder if her personality is taking me over entirely. Snap out of it Miss Flash. You're in control. You're the only one in control here. If anyone is taking over anyone it, it is you taking over her life! Yea that's it! You're taking over her life, and there's nothing she can do about it." Yea she kept saying that to herself, but we all knew the truth. Tara's personality, and impulsive behavior, was more than meet the eye. As she made it to her lab out in the center of no where, literally 300 miles from any sort of human settlement; she'd enter the base and head immediately to the holding room. Entering the room, she'd see the figure of the original speedster. The one and only Tara Strong. Walking to the computer screen, she'd begin to type a few words into the decoder while studying the stats from the speedster in stasis. Though she was in stasis, it seemed like her body was still able to comprehend what as going on. Perhaps this had something to do with her connection to the speed haven. A strange thing it was, to be completely honest. "No matter how many times I analyze you, it seems there's something new for you to show me. You're a strange one. No matter. Skrull technology is much more than what meets the eye. Far more advanced that human technology. I'll find the secrets to what you're hiding in due time."
