Feel the Force - The boxing glove, when released, shoots out at 80mph with the force of 1000lbs behind it. It only stretches out to five meters, but it is a heavy hitter that can severely knock someone out with a clean blow.

Rapid Fire - Pressing a button on the side of the gun will cause the glove to immediately retract back within a second to simply be fired off again. This allows the user to unleash a rapid fire of shots back to back to back.

High Frequency Piercing Power:
The high-frequency material is a rare raw metal that resonates at high frequencies, raising its temperature, thereby increasing its cutting and disorienting abilities. This allows weapons and items created by this material to pierce armor and skin its rank and below easily. Cuts through steel, wood, concrete, and any basic raw metal with ease plus things beneath its chopping point aswell.

High Frequency Ring:
With its constant vibrations, the High Frequency Material lets out a spine tingling ring when unattended. This ringing is so high pitched it is ranked at the rate of 180dB, which is enough for hearing tissue to be heavily damaged. Those without the proper protection will not only hear a white noise, but will have a sharp pain focused around the ears. Prolonged exposure could cause bleeding ears and nausea (3 posts) even longer exposure to the blade (6 posts) could cause those unprotected to be knocked out (post count consecutive or not). Those who are deaf, or not within fifty meters of the material, will not suffer from the effects. Weapons and items formed from this material get the same properties.

Item Description: It looks like a metal flying snowboard, and it isn't far off. The glider is five feet in length, and can be rode from a side position, or full frontal. Its thrusters are on the head and tail, and in the center is the computer that keeps the glider running and stabilized. Can fold down into a small pack to be worn on the back.

Flight: The Goblin Glider's controls and microprocessor are located behind the head of the glider. The pilot is attached to the glider via electromagnetic clasps on the wings of the glider. It has great maneuverability and is steered mostly by leaning, but manual controls are available behind the head of the glider. Its top speed is 200 miles per hour, and it can support about 500 lb. Flying at top speed with a full load and a full fuel tank would deplete its fuel supply in about an hour.

Anti - Hacking:
The Glider has an Anti-Hacking software that fights off hacking its rank and below from long range. If someone can make direct contact with it, they could hack it same rank.

Propulsion: The boots allow the user to fly into the sky like one who had the latent ability of flight. It allows the user to fly, hover, and maneuver through aerial loops with precision, ease, and stability. The top speed of the boots are 300 mph. To activate the boots, the user has to tap down on the back heels twice on a surface in rapid succession. To turn them off, the user must do two heel claps against a surface.

Flash Step: The boots can also be used on the ground surface, almost like flame powered skates. This allows the user to skate around the ground, leaving a slight trail of hot earth behind them. Appearing to be skating, the user can move at speeds that match 180mph

Item Description: Basic silver Bo staff that can go from five inches to three feet with a click of a button. A rubber handle towards the middle.

Electro Magnetics - Once hitting an electronic device, the bo staff will cause it to short circuit, thanks to the electro magnetics circulating through its frame. It literally fries devices once making contact. Fifty thousand volts run through this staff. 3 posts electrical charge with a 3 post cool down after use.

Bullet Shield - Pressing a button on the center of the staff would erect a bullet proof shield that is four feet in radius. The shield protects the user from moderate bludgeoning and small fire arms.

Unpredictable Madness - Jesteria's outfit has many hidden slots on her outfit that holds various weaponry she can fire off, without revealing the origin of the attack. This can be from a gun hidden beneath boot. A blade connected to her heel that can be used for stabbing, etc etc. This allows the user to over come those who attempt to watch her movements and analyze what she plans on using next to attack, as each weapon is hidden from view, and used in unorthodoxed manner. [User must have an unpredictable skill to utilize this ability of the outfit]

Item Description: Black Film added to the boots

The shims are a soft rubber material that can be put on the bottom of footwear to allow silent steps. It's mostly used for those looking to follow those without causing too much noise with their steps. It makes each step more silent than a pin drop.

How do you have a cooldown or charge time on rubber soles on the feet, extra pockets on your outfit, bullet proof fabric, and a bullet proof shield? I can see for the electro volts one, but the rest doesn't make sense. That rule seems very..specific..on what it should be referring too.

Errrrrrr the common sense law chica. Any added abilities not properties of the actual material itself. You can't stop adamantium from being hard but if it shoots heat waves from it then it needs a charge time. I am stating charge times need to be added where applicable.
