Too many abilities for one C ranked robe. Heat resistant? Resist fire arms at C rank? Maybe blunt damage or something, or very small caliber fire arms, but not even someone who mains Durability at C can handle the big ones. Weapons should be following branch durability at this rank. What do you mean by other projectiles? There are alot of different projectiles out there

How about resistant to small caliber fire? Other projectiles I meant like shuriken/arrows

Item Power: After throwing it on the ground it explodes making a loud sound and a bright flash. Causing small sight and hearing loss for a post and can stun targets. When the firecrackers go off they pretty much only let the user see some of the silhouettes of people and other objects and they lose the abilities to hear quieter sounds like footsteps or breathing.

First, how large is the smoke screen? and how many do you carry on you?

Secondly what is small sight and hearing loss? so i can still hear but what can't i hear? what can't i see? how long am i stunned? how many do you carry on you?

Third, there has to be something that pierces them.

Fourth, again something that can get past them and again

lastly, WAY to many abilities for a D ranked item
