| It had been quite some time since Miss Flash had taken out the first robotic bug. Apparently two more were out on the prowl, searching for targets, which would bring her here to New York. Posting up on the rooftop of the building, she had a wide view point of the city to see any abnormalities that may have been flying around the area. Making sure she had all her Miss Flash gear in place, such as her mask, coat, and over all outfit, she would take a deep breath and begin to scan the environment. It wouldn't be long till she spotted something. I mean, you didn't see two flying mechanical bugs overhead every day. SOME days, but not every day! - Items:
Item Name:Ms. Flash Primary Armor Item Rank:B Item Description: Lightweight and high-performance polyethylene UD (non-woven) fabric is made from several layers of the strongest bullet proof fiber (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene / UHMWPE fiber). The fiber is lighter than water, resistant to UV, and is more than ten times stronger than high-quality steel and around 40% greater than normal aramid fiber. The modulus is very high and the elongation at breaking is very low. The bullet proof UD (non-woven) fabric's anti-ballistic performance is higher than other conventional woven fabrics because the energy from a ballistic impact is quickly distributed along the fibers. It is typical bullet proof material used worldwide for soft body armour vests / jackets, hard armour insert plates, ballistic helmets and armoured vehicles. Patent: N/A Item Image: Shown Above Item Power: This Armor is red with gold trimming. It's primary ability is it's endurance. It is able to to withstand Mach 3 speeds and able to stop small arms fire. Due to the material it is extremely light and thus does not hinder someone with Ms. Flash's speed. It's secondary ability is giving off a field of illumination around the body by refracting or bending light around oneself in order to create the optical illusion of Invisibility.This is by adapting and having the same refractive index as the surrounding medium (like air). This built in function has also been known to function by allowing visible light to pass through the body, preventing it from reflecting off of the form and therefore being seen by the eye after it has been refracted onto the retina. This means that visible light from the surrounding environment will be able to pass through the user as well, simply giving the impression that there is nothing in that spot. The stealth function works for 4 user posts before there is a 3 post cool down.
Item Name: Ms. Flash Jacket/Pants Item Rank: Item Description: Lightweight, soft and high performance SAP is the main ballistic system of bullet proof vests / jackets. It is cut from the polyethylene UD (non-woven) fabric through normal garment cut machine according on different vest size (or by order shape) and sew into a water-resistant cover. All Black with a leathery appearance. Patent: N/A Item Image: Shown above Item Power: Due to it's durability it can withstand speeds up to Mach 3. It is bulletproof to the point of small arms fire and extremely light. It's secondary function is that it protects the user from shrapnel and debris especially around the vital organs where the jacket mainly covers.
Item Name:Ms. Flash Bracers/Belt Item Rank:B Item Description: Is the combination of Polymer and Steel. With Special ballistic polymer, plus a thin steel sheet, this combination forms a rebound effect to up to 5.56 machine gun fire and energy blasts. Gold plated with a red lining. Patent: (If you or someone else has this item patented) Item Image: Shown above Item Power: This combination of complex material and stores kinetic energy, causing the potential energy within the bracers to become excited and be propelled in the opposite direction, basically "pushing" the object, away from the person. However the bracers do have a limitation being able to handle small caliber rounds (under 50 caliber) though it is extremely potent against energy attacks able to rebound blasts B-rank and below. This feature works for us to 5 B-rank energy blasts or 10 C ranked energy blasts. Works indefinitely against small caliber normal rounds, can take 5 piercing rounds, and 1 50 cal round. When reaching it's max the bracers malfunction.
Item Name:Ms. Flash Gloves Item Rank: Item Description: Red gloves made of a special friction gathering material Patent: N/A Item Image: Shown above Item Power: Made with a friction storing material that allows the user to generate large amounts of friction in their hand passively without the introduction of another object. In Tara Strong's case this means she can generate her flames without using other sources of friction. The secondary function is that it is able to repel heat. This means Tara's own flames are generated at a safe distance and the user can repel flames with their hands up to their rank.
Item Name:Ms. Flash Boots Item Rank:B Item Description: Black leather looking boots Patent: N/A Item Image: Shown above Item Power: Also known as leap boots this footwear monitors and stores the kinetic energy used when Ms. Flash runs. At any point in time she can say the word "leap" on voice command and release the stored energy into a powerful leap. She can jump 1ft per mph she ran prior to storing. Once released the boots must store more energy before she can use them again in this fashion. They always store the fastest running speed though the user does not have to leap the full distance. With these boots Tara could leap buildings with a single bound.

| The two hornets were flying above te large city. Scanning the areas below it for any powered freaks. The things the hornets were programmed to do. They were made by professor doofensmurtz. They were made to help deal with the mutant threat. Sensing a singular mutant below them, they lowered slightly. Now, they were about 300 meters from the ground. One of the hornets, sent a lighting bolt at it from it's right wing. The other hornet sent a white hot torrent of flames from its torso. The combination of the two was deadly. The electricity would be released first at that area. Stunning the person, while the flames would finish it off. Now, they pointed their sensors at the burning area. Seeing if they can still sense it. | |

| Oh that poor mutant, whoever they were. Luckily Miss Flash wasn't a mutant but infact a human who was genetically altered. This target they had scanned and fired upon was not her, and was infact someone else entirely. Miss Flash would be standing on a building only about fifty meters behind the two bugs. 'Time to play a game called human fly swatter! I call being the swatter!" The woman thought to herself. Their "backs" were turned towards her, as they attacked the unlucky mutant. Lucky for Miss Flash, they didn't even begin to fly off. No, they simply attacked and stayed there. As the two mechanical bugs began to scan the fire for any forms of life, Miss Flash was already taking off on one of her energy constructs, coming to attack them in their blind spot. The blonde heroine would be running at five hundred miles per hour, which would make that distance of 50 meters closed in a matter of milliseconds, which would be just as their scan had begun. Before anyone would know it, this golden blur would attempt to shoot straight through both mechanical bugs that were aligned back to forth, which allowed the speedster to shred through both of them without wasting any sort of momentum. If all went successful, she would have torn straight through the center of both mechanical bugs from behind, in a fraction of a second, and continued on to escape any sort of blast that may have came from the attack, which would keep her safe from the after effects. - abilities:
Name: Superhuman Speed Rank: - Power: Super Speed Description: These characters immediately understand how to run at superhuman speeds and their bodies instinctively understand how to react at high-speed situations. An amateur speedster can move at 70 mph which is below sonic booms allowing them to react to situations without causing civilians undo stress. A lesser application of super-speed is also entitled within this, giving the ability to move individual parts of their body at their maximum rate of speed, independent from that of the rest of their body. When in motion, the user appears to be a blur. - 4800mph
Name: Increased Perception Rank: C Power: Super Speed Description: Tara possesses the ability to alter her perceptions so that falling objects can appear to be standing still and can be caught and moved back to their normal position. She can do this so quickly as to have it happen invisibly to the normal human eye. She can strike a single opponent multiple times in a second or multiple opponents two or three times in a second. She can disarm or jam any number of opponents weapons before they are even aware of her movement [if she sneaks up on them] and can hurl small projectiles at speeds that match her own.
Name: Supercharged Brain Activity Rank: B Power: Super Speed Description: Tara's mental abilities are also increased in speed, simple computations can be done at lightning speeds, and her ability to perform normal feats at increased speeds has allowed her to move sandbags to cover a beach or search a city for something as small as a paper clip. Tara can also read at super-speed, but rarely takes advantage of this ability to learn at increased speeds. Those attempting to read her mind will have a difficult time, as the thoughts and memories run through it at overdrive. This does not mean she is immune. If her rank is the same as the Telepath, it will take an extra minute [post] to sort through the chaos in her brain and effect it. If her rank is below the Telepath, it'll be no problem to read it and effect it. If it is above the Telepath's she will be unaffected by their mind bending abilities.
ame: Infinite Mass Strike Rank: B+ Power: Super Speed Description: By traveling at great speeds, the user can acquire the relativistic mass of such speed to land blows which can hit with tremendous force. Depending on the max speed the user is running will determine just how strong this attack will become. When dealing with obstacles, the user can use this ability to rip through brick [steel at atleast B rank] and other forms of durable matter.
Name: Speedster Aura Rank: A+ Power: Super Speed Description: People who are propelled by high speed can survive the harsh conditions associated with mach speeds. If say a user must rescue an individual from a burning building these individuals will be protected while within an aura. Tara's aura is specifically a golden light and protects her from friction and small debris [small rocks - objects] at C rank. Allows her to strike durable forms of matter such as brick walls and steel at B rank without breaking bones. Allows her to appear like a speeding bullet at A rank, and shred through anything that is concussive [sharp piercing objects and attacks will pierce the aura. Only durable forms of matter such as walls and people will be tore through], tearing through it with pure speed. Those she carries while running can also be surrounded in this aura if she wills it.
Name: Durability Rank: C Power: Super Speed Description: Having super speed involves the user having a super toned body. Tara is abnormally more durable than the next guy. At C rank, physical blunt damage is less effective. She can be sent through brick walls, knocked in the head with blunt objects, etc, and will not break bones. However, she will still have bruises and bleeding. Her body is just tone enough to absorb most of the damage if there is any.
Name: Speed Force Energy Constructs Rank: C Power: Speed Conduit Description: Tara can create pure gold energy constructs that can take any shape, as long as its human sized [6 feet long/wide] These constructs are intangible at C rank, but become tangible when Tara makes physical contact with them. They are only tangible for her and no one else. She can use these constructs to make pathways to run on, or simple energy forms of maps, people, etc. that can't be interacted with by anyone else, but can be used for visuals. These constructs can only be formed 15 meters from her body.

| The giant hornets , suddenly went to the right. Whilst, the genetically altered woman began to start to attack. The hornets were moving left to right looking for the body. Before, they started to scan. However, the hornet's bodies didn't match up. When they did scan, the attack was on. The one that attacked them, went through a left wing of one of the hornets. That hornet was significantly damaged int terms of flying. That one could barely fly, and struggled at keeping itself afloat. They both however, turned around and looked at the woman who did that to it. The one used it's fire and another discharged a net of electricity at it. The electrical discharge happened first, then the fire happened. The one that discharged electricity was the broken one. | |

| The moment the woman would burst through the first mechanical hornet's wing, it would suddenly be frozen in place, as if it was in some kind of stasis. Infact, Miss Flash had stolen its entire momentum and taken it into herself, making it a literal statue in terms of being able to move. However, it wouldn't be like this for long, as the blonde speedster would stop her forward momentum, and cut directly back into it on a dime's notice, hitting it once again with enough force to make it shatter into several separate pieces. It would no longer be in operation after being hit with her infinite strike. That left only one operating hornet left. Her follow up attack was fast and allowed her to destroy it before it would even be able to turn around. Though, even that wouldn't save it, as the steal speed would have made it into a statue anyway. There was rare attacks that were undodgeable, but Miss Flash was confident to say that was one of them once she absorbed its momentum and speed into herself. "Hey, have you ever heard the joke about the mechanical hornet who gave himself up to a masked vigilante?" As she said this, the second mechanical hornet was looking to blast her with fire. Thanks to her accelerated probability, she would be able to see this attack way before it would actually be released. So she would time it just right to run off to the side two seconds before it was released. Throughout all of this, it was to be noted she was running on her energy constructs in mid air, so she made her own ground to run on. She would make her energy construct dip down, and five meters below the flame as it was released, keeping her safe from the intense heat, and its pathway aswell. And within that same second, the speedster would suddenly angle the construct directly up to shoot her into the back thorax of the hornet, where she would aim a infinite mass punch. With her accelerated probability and her speed, counter attacking the bug as it just made its attack was far from difficult. Infact, it made things much easier for her. If her attack landed, she would have shot directly through the back of the hornet, successfully splitting it in half from the back to the front. She made sure to keep her eyes on it, just incase it had more projectiles to fire out at her if she hit or missed. "I'm sure after our little scuffle, you'll be able to tell the joke to all your other little robot buddies in robot heaven! I heard there's free cable up there too. I'm so jelly!"*Poster's note, she is still at 500mph as her cruise speed. - Abilitays:
Name: Steal Speed Rank: C Power: Speed Conduit Description: When making physical contact with an item or person, Tara can drain them of their speed and momentum. When making contact with an actual moving object such as a car, she can drain the speed/momentum from it, causing it to get stuck in place and adding the speed onto herself. When dealing with a person, she can touch them and drain 20% of their speed and transfer it to herself. This speed steal only lasts three posts until they regain their lost speed and Tara loses the speed she absorbed from them. However, the post count can stack if she repeatedly make contact with them, adding 20% to her own speed, and taking 20% of their own. The speed she takes is lost at the end of the topic, and is not kept into a new topic.
Name: Accelerated Probability Rank: C Power: Accelerated Probability Description: When focusing [eye sight] on a single object/projectile from an opponent, Ms. Flash can predict the path they will take precisely, allowing her to dodge with ease. The outcomes she sees only goes up to five seconds, giving her a brief look on the trajectory of the object before it is unleashed, allowing her to perform a flawless dodge. Once finding the best point of action to take, she can utilize her super speed to follow through for the best results in a dodge or counter attack. This does not read the opponent themselves, but does read anything they may be using as a projectile or extension of themselves [such as a pole or blade]. This means punches and kicks, and frontal normal hand to hand based attacks will not be predicted and the user will have to rely on their own abilities to deal with them. An Example - Seeing the trajectory of a bullet before it reaches its target. This works on one object/projectile at a time.
Name: Pit Stop Rank: C Power: Super Speed Description: The user is so experienced with their speed that they can stop on a dime without much effort. However, if the user is running more than half their total speed, they will not be able to stop without atleast skidding. Anything below, they can stop right then and there, and on the dime.

| The woman's trajectory was a tiny bit off. Causing her to go through the anus of the hornet. The one known as Flash had successfully tore this robot's ass into a new one she went up all the way through it and came out of the skull of the robot. As this happened it exploded. The robot's ass was split in two. She tore him a new one! That she did! The explosion would simply push forward the woman. Making it look more badass. | |

| Miss Flash would be long gone before the explosion could engulf and do any major nor minor damage to her. With both bugs now destroyed, she would skid to a stop in mid air, standing on her energy construct run way. Pinching her thumb and finger on her chin, she'd tilt her head. "Hmm, I seem to have forgotten the joke, but trust me, it was un-BEE-lievable!" Smacking her knee, the speedster would begin to laugh out loud. "Totally nailed that one Tara!" The blonde would wave a hand infront of her lips before disappear in a flash of light.
