A rumor traveled the circles of the supernatural. Mutants heard a safe, underground railroad was being started, inquire at the Summit. The beyond sought the strange power said to rest at the Summit of New York City. The gossip flitted amongst the rest: valuable information was to come to light when dawn broke over the Summit.
Masahiro Azuki I don't need a reason to judge, but whoever I judge will get there ass handed to them.
The Biography
Birth Name: Masahiro Azuki Aliases: M Gender: Male Age: 15 Birth Date: March 1st Class: The Accident/Experiment
Appearance: Masahiro is a quite fond blond, with silky hair which meets half way down his neck towards his shoulders. His eyes are deep blue, even in light they look deep as always. Some people may say that he has 'panda eyes'. Dark deep outlined eyes with a serious and complex design. Many people would be born with those special eyes yet not everyone was born with the eyes. His outline is normal, as any 15 year old male. His arms may be skinny but his strength is more then what he naturally looks. He wears a black normal t-shirt with a lethar outline with his black slick boots. Personality: Masahiro is a obstruct, harsh kind of man. He's blunt and abort. He's length and direct, he's physical and aggressive. He's angered and depressed, he's strengths and has an ego. Masahiro, is what you could say a punk or a jerk. But he is mean to most of everyone he meets, it doesn't matter who the person is but he is completely blunt towards them. Deep inside he was a very light heart, but it's locked away in a box full of hatred and misery from his fallen comrades.
—Main Power: The Cry of Mimicry - "The Cry of Mimicry" is the super powerful ability to naturally copy the similarity's of another spices or a life form's , race, sound, power, appearance, and scent. This power is indifferent to many other's which Masahiro has experienced. Masahiro has found only two ways to perform these ability on a life form, through ones blood or saliva. Both subjects must be drank or sucked and then dripped into Masahiro body in order to have mimicked it. Each of the subjects he had are saved into his "slot" which he is able to store in his stomach. To empty a slot he simply forces his stomach through a long excessive amount of stress depending on the slot. Each slot carries Race, Sound, Power, Appearance, and Scent. The slots depend on Rank. C-Rank has 1 slot. B-Rank has 2 Slots. A-Rank has 3 Slots. S-Ranked has 4 slots in total. But sincerely, once mimicked it does not give the full length of the power but minimizes it. Therefore it wouldn't be as strong as the original source. At the end of each thread the slot empty's he cannot keep it, as long as his next thread MUST state that he has emptyed it. —Sub Power:(Leave Blank Until A-Level)

—Name: The Cry of Mimicry —Rank: C —Power: The Cry of Mimicry —Description: Masahiro swallows blood or saliva of another life form and saves it into one of his stomach slots where each slot carries Race, Sound, Power, Appearance, and Scent of that life form where he is able to use at any time. As a clear statement for taken a power into his slot, it only takes there main power or there sub power. In other word Masahiro get's a sample of their genetic code, and uses there power to create abilities from that source of power with only 3-4 for C Rank. He can use 4 of their abilities before needing another genetic sample of the source.

It's naturally in the family's blood to fight with fists. He is capable of building massive damage with a simple punch. Which he does at all times, each of his strengths are at different levels. 10% bonus to strength at C level, 20% bonus at B, 40% bonus at A, 75% bonus at S..I guess.
—Name: Enhanced Speed —Specialty: Physical Prowess —Rank: C —Description: Masahiro has intentional enhanced speed during his days of becoming the M. Engaged and experinced in the arts of his mortal combat. He has increased his speed depending on his rank. 18 MPH on C-Rank. 20 MPH on B-Rank, on 25 MPH on A-Rank and 30 MPH on S-Rank.

The Background
History: Masahiro was a average city boy with the old ivory clothing but had a sparking talent. This was first seen during a soccer championship tournament. Masahiro was kicking the ball when a foe came along trying to steal it. He attempted to kick it towards the foe's goal but ended up smashing towards the foe's leg breaking it to pieces in a instant. The goalie cried out, "You've done it now Masahiro!" as he stood on guard. Masahiro was first frightened then he clenched his hands together and smiled looking into the face of his enemy. He had send the ball straight into the net which tore past the net and flew off to the distance. That day they had won the championships. At the age of 10 Masahiro was spotted by a drug lord, "the boy who destroyed a child's leg over a game" was on the articles title. The drug lord picked up a picture of Masahiro and looked at it laughing. "He'll do just swell...Just swell".
Knocked out, dragged, and beat up into a garbage bag, fifty men took hostage of Masahiro and revealed him into there bosses experiment 'box'. The wind hallowed as he was infected with a virus, he could see it that there were other's in the box as well. They all began to fade away, before Masahiro could know it he reopened his eyes and found out that he was still alive, the only one alive. The whole lab had exploded. He left, weakly trying to find help. Woke up in a hospital the next day where his freind's from school were. Masahiro slowly recovered and learned that there was a plane which crashed into the top of the hospital. Everyone was evacuating. He later learned that his friends were still inside of the building. He got off of his wheel chair grabbing onto the coat of a firefighter.
With a loud prideful voice he roared at him pleading him to save his friends, the firefighter hit him aside still spraying the building with water. The last thing he said at that area was, "Is there no justice in the world?". And then he blacked out. He learned of his new powers after that incident. About the Cry of Mimicry, about the slots, and about how he can empty those slots. He later became a Gang Lord known as M. With his prideful self he left that group and later rested in another area still traveling the world.

I'm all for it, but with some limitations. If he's able to store multiple powers, then perhaps having him be a bit weaker at that power than the original would help. Something like all mimicked powers would become sub powers instead perhaps.

No way. Skills do not give boosts of that magnitude whatsoever. You would be able to get a 10% bonus to strength at C level, 20% bonus at B, 40% bonus at A, 60% bonus at S. For C rank I could see around 130-150 pounds for a 15 year old with his build. The usual for that would be being able to lift his body weight.

Shoots bullets... ok. How fast does it shoot the bullets? What kind of bullets? What size is the gun? What condition is it? At D-Rank that would have to be a pretty shady gun. I doubt you could do much with a D-Rank gun.

This needs more detail. Like what do you mean power? Their special ability? If that's so, I hope you don't get access to all their powers throughout the entire topic without some sort of limit. This looks extremely similar to Mocking Bird's ability and Mayday's without a clear middle ground on limits.

Approved. The ability can't be stacked upon but that doesn't mean you can't grab more than one sample, and wait till you run out to digest another.
