A rumor traveled the circles of the supernatural. Mutants heard a safe, underground railroad was being started, inquire at the Summit. The beyond sought the strange power said to rest at the Summit of New York City. The gossip flitted amongst the rest: valuable information was to come to light when dawn broke over the Summit.

    Name: Water tendrils
    Rank: c
    Power: hydrokinesis
    Description: Sean forms whip like construct with water and moves them around with his mind. They work the same way as a real one would,allowing him to wrap something up or hit it with the force of a whip. They can also be formed with blades at the tip, though they usually disperse on contact not without damage of course. The whips can extend up to around twenty meters and they can damage up to C level durability, though any higher would ignore the attack with ease.




    Name: Water bullets
    Rank: C
    Power: Hydrokinesis
    Description: Forming water into small orbs and firing them with an intense amount of pressure,Sean can imbue them with the power of a bullet allowing them to pierce flesh as well as any material that a standard .9 millimeter can pierce and if he concentrates on one it would have a greater piercing potential. They can damage up to C class durability though any higher would be able to ignore the attack and move on. They move at around sixty mph,fairly accurate at up to ten meters and decreasing in accuracy the further the target is away,missing at 60 meters.



    Name: Water blades
    Rank: C
    Power: Hydrokinesis
    Description: Forming water into thin streams hecan give them the property of blades, allowing him to cut through most materials with ease,such as iron though steel requires time and will only get a deep knick or a gash. They slices through the average person fairly easy though they can only at the most give a C durability a nasty gash while any higher would ignore it.




    Name: Healing
    Rank: C
    Power: Hydrokinesis
    Description: Forming water over an injury and concentrating completely he can use the restorative property of water to mend an injury. If the injury is internal it will take longer than an external injury, though in the end it will still do its duty. At rank C it will be able to heal minor injuries and nothing more.




    Name: Water streaming
    Rank: C
    Power: Hydrokinesis
    Description: By streaming the water with his mind,he can either stream line it into a cutting instrument or send it out as a blunt blast of water that would knock a person back,similar to a fireman’s hose but a bit stronger. To a normal person the blunt damage would cause a loss of breath,possibly internal injury and send them flying backwards. While C durability would only experience a minor loss of breath at possibly a minor bruise. The cutting potential follows the same standard as the water blade.




    Name: Water walking
    Rank: D
    Power: Hydrokinesis
    Description: Sean can condense water below him and thus allow him to walk on the water, though he must keep a part of his concentration on the water, otherwise it will return to a more liquid stat and he would fall in. He can’t maintain it if he is going past a fast walk.




    Name: Water bubble
    Rank: D
    Power: Hydrokinesis
    Description: Sean moves the water around his head, thus allowing him to basically breath under water. If the bubble is broken and he does not maintain concentration, it will break and he will be forced to hold his breath until he can form another.




    Name: Water surfing
    Rank: C
    Power: Hydrokinesis
    Description: he can surf along large bodies of water or move the water along with him to move at a faster pace than normal. The fastest he can reach with this is 50 mph and no faster, considering he would lose control and crash hard.




    Name: Condensation
    Rank: C
    Power: Hydrokinesis
    Description: Concentrating upon the water molecules in the air,Sean can do what appears to be forming water out of nothing when in fact he is simple condensing water molecules. The more he is trying to form, the more he has to concentrate and the more vulnerable he would make himself. At the most he can form five gallons if he were to push himself.





    Name: Water constructs
    Rank: C
    Power: Hydrokinesis
    Description: With concentration he can form constructs of water,like simple stairs to more complex things. The size of these are limited by the supply of water at hand and his imagination, though creating a construct that looks like a person would be nearly impossible, he could in theory make a human shaped one. The larger the construct, the more he would have to concentrate upon it.




    Name: Mass drain
    Rank: C
    Power: Hydrokinesis
    Description: if he is surrounded by a large amount of water sources or a large water source,such as plants ,pools and such, he can simply spread his mind out and draw all of the water to him. The sources have to be within twenty five meters of him and he basically becomes numb to the world while he does so, which means he would be an easy target while doing so. At the most he is capable of gathering around fifty gallons,trying to exceed that would result in mental and physical strain that could prove detrimental. He could possibly exceed that limit after mastering this ability.

How far does the whip stretch out too? Also if you were too follow our durability list, you'd see our limits on durability and what it can take. So if someone didn't have durability, they'd take regular damage etc etc. But at C, they can withstand moderate bludgeoning and what not. A whip seems light to moderate damage, so it may slow them down abit, but it wouldn't exactly effect them. And someone at B rank durability could probably tank right through it unless you upgraded it to be more powerful down the line.

Invulnerability/Durability: Main/Branching-Sub* As it ranks up, you keep the previous rank durability before it aswell

C - Withstand moderate bludgeoning and melee + small arms fire / Withstand moderate bludgeoning and melee
B - Withstand larger caliber rounds and heavy bludgeoning damage / Withstand Small arms fire
A - Withstand energy blasts taking half damage / Withstand larger caliber rounds and heavy bludgeoning damage
S - Withstand extreme damage for a prolonged time / Withstand energy blasts taking half damage

Same thing with the last ability, when it comes to durability. These bullets would fall under small arms fire and thus would relate to their durability on that account. What's the distance your shot will be accurate when fired, and how fast does the bullet move since you're doing it with your mind? All other abilities with the durability and damage add on need to be changed.

Keep it at being able to heal minor injuries. The rest would come later as he becomes more experienced with the power. It'll follow the branching list aswell and whatnot.

Same as the cases above. Explain the damage of it, however. Like will it knock the wind out of a normal person and send them flying back? Maybe cause a slight migraine etc?

You can boost it up to 50 mph if you want

Cut the distance down by half, so 25 meter radius. Everything else is fine.

I'm still shaky on the last drain ability, because there's not a set amount of water he can get at once. Maybe make a gallon cap so I don't have to worry about you sucking out an entire lake until you train yourself up to that level?
