The strobe light has three settings. Active light- which is a basic flash light setting to allow sight in dark area. -Constant Flash- Sending a constant bright flash of white light that can blind anyone looking directly at it, simply because the human eye cannot handle the increase change of rapid bright lights in its retina. -Flashing Frequency- The last setting is flashing frequency which emits a high frequency shriek similar to a bat's howl that causes the average human ear to go into a white noise deafness for two posts once hearing. This also includes the flashing section of the previous setting aswell. Those with advanced hearing will be disoriented from the high frequency slurs.
