Jarlaxle is a slim elven alien his race while they spend all day under the ground in the deep depths of their planet has black skin, and white hair. Jarlaxle has no hair whatsoever and prefers to keep his head completely shaven. Jarlaxle wears an eye patch that he shifts from eye to eye, at this present time it has no abilities but does not hinder his sight. The Drow prefers to dress flamboyantly and draw attention to himself with a wide brimmed and feathered hat. If he wears a shirt it will almost always be unbuttoned.

Personality: Manipulative yet charming Jarlaxle relies on being unpredictable in a predictable society there is no rhyme or reasoning for his actions besides his own avarice. Not completely cruel he often helps out others, of course they help him whether willing or unwilling in some form of way. Jarlaxle fancies himself a hunter, and will stalk his prey with cunning and tenacity rivaled by few other beings.
Jarlaxle will like to be the in the spotlight when needed and in the dark rarely, he prefers to make his puppets dance where he can see them and in ways his puppets do not understand. Suffice it to say this man usually gets his way, and if he does not he will still somehow find a way to benefit.

Item Description: The rings are bathed in avarice, created by the Chaotic Mad God Lloth. The ring's middle is circled by an upper raised bar, it is flanked by four diagonal raised bars at each of it's four corners that would meet in the middle if they could. Above the center is an inverted triangle that edges downward.

Item Power: Only one user can weild this ring, unlike the others it cannot be replicated or copied in any sort of way and only one will ever exist the one that is bonded to Jarlaxle gifted to him by the evil Spider Queen of Chaos, Lloth. The user is given access to the ability to create orange energy blasts or constructs fueled by Avarice. It gives them access to interstellar and atmospheric flight (C-150mph B- 300mph A-600mph S-1,200mph), shielding, strength, and speed following the branching charts. It has an untapped power, which can be unlocked later by Jarlaxle which is greed manipulation allowing him to elevate the greed in others around him. As this is his special weapon it does not take up any power slots.

The Background

History: Way back on a planet, born and raised in a mad society of matriarchs Jarlaxle was born. Since his birth he was chose by Lloth to create chaos wherever he went. Upon his birth he was gifted with the orange ring and it saved him from becoming a sacrifice on his mother's alter. The ring enacted with shielding and repelled the dark blade into her even darker black heart. His baptism was his own mother's dark blood, and he quickly became feared in a society where fear was something one wouldn't have to worry about, it being so mundane a concept.
Greedy as the day was wide, Jarlaxle quickly took over his mother's ruling family. However he came to learn that it simply was not enough and set his sights to earth.

1. I based this off the exact same ability found on many other's apps...so yeah :/

2. Read the blessed/damned thing again....now look at the black star ring that is approved...
